We were stuck due to both freeways home were closed. For safely, i trybto stay at a hotel, but all in town were sold out. This place was rated pretty high, so we took the room available. Front desk was amazing. Not sure if we met the owner or manager, but he was amazing too. The bed had an adorable elephant shaped towel, which my daughter loved. We enjoyed sitting by the pool after the sun went down. There was a refrigerator was good. There was a microwave, but we didnt use it. We watched some TV, i wouldve preferred a larger screen, but it was sufficient. The beds were comfy with fluffy pillows. Ourr oom had been recently remodeled with new vinyl flooring and fresh paint. The vanity mirror was new and lit up. Overall, great experience for being stuck.in Barstow.

This was by far the worst hotel stay ever.

It is what it is. Not bad. Soft comfortable bed, soft towels, bathroom vanity mirror has the adjustable light modern feature.. we slept comfortably. Breakfast is to-go breakfast. Yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee orange juice, packed cinnamon rolls… it was what we needed for a one night stay. Staff is attentive.

The room was worst. AC WAS not working. But I asked front desk. She changed the room. She is good. But no body can't do anything if the room is not good.

I got charged $20 for 2 towels that were dirty when I dried off there white towels of course they are going to get dirty and the breakfast was not as listed on menu will not be going here again

Great value for the price. Clean room and efficient air conditioning

I paid for my room online. My ATM card (also the only credit card I have) was stolen in Las Vegas. When I went to check in, a very nice lady told me that I needed to give $100 deposit. I had $20 cash and was able to use Apple Pay from my account, but I was told that I needed to pay $100 with cash or card. The manager maybe (a man) was not helpful at all and said I would just lose my money if I couldn’t come up with the deposit. I was able to use my Apple wallet to withdraw money from an ATM. I was given a room in the very back building of the motel. I had a lot of trouble with the automatic door lock and it seemed to be malfunctioning. I just wanted to get into my room! The security lock was broken completely. (As a woman who was staying by herself, I felt extremely unsafe but did not want to deal with the man at the desk again so I did not ask for another room.) WiFi is advertised. I tried several times to access the motel WiFi. Finally, I spoke with Stephanie at tech support. After at least 30 minutes of troubleshooting, she determined that the WiFi access point I needed since I was in the back building had been out of order for weeks. No WiFi for me. It was about 110 degrees outside and the a/c kept going in and out despite being set on maximum. Cute towel animals, eco friendly products and toilet… I was also very sick with laryngitis and feeling terrible so maybe take with a grain of salt, but I’d sure appreciate some compensation.

Only stayed here one night. Hotel fulfilled its purpose. Wouldn’t stay here more than a night. Old rooms, bad smell from sink, shower leaked, bathroom blower was super loud made it uncomfortable. Air conditioning was not left on, on arrival. It was super hot when we arrived at night in July took several minutes to cool down the room. Check in was through a bullet proof window. There is a Dutch Bros and a KFC down the street.

The continental breakfast could be better. There was no water in the evening but in a few hours it was fixed. The location is easy to move around.

They only had 2 cribs available and they were both taken. Check in was slow. Breakfast was one type of pastry, fruit cups, yogurt, oatmeal (to make), coffee and boiled eggs. Not much to pick from or eat.

Manager or man working at the time complained that I had a floor bed and tried telling me it’s against their policy I then proceeded to Read the rules and regulations and policy And no where did it say it wasn’t allowed Not to mention he woke me up from my sleep show him what the floor bed looked like And gave me the worst attitude Definitely won’t be recommending to anyone

I felt like this wasn’t in the best part of town. Looks like they had a couple of rooms that people are living in. One couple was yelling at each other. Didn’t feel very safe there, but it was.

Check in was easy. Room was clean but could use some maintenance. Ice machine was out of order. Pool looked nice but we did not use.

Room was very small; TV did not work. TOOK 3 calls to the OFFICE to get the TV to work Breakfast was Minimal. Not what i was expecting .

Well I’m not sure how hotels.con get the info on hotels…they said it was a 8.4 goodness the hotel I stayed at was more like a 3 star on the desart menu says comp breakfast if you call yogurt & oatmeal pssss ✋talk to the hand … you should hire me to go to hotel to hotel nation wide then everyone will know exactly what they getting into but it sure 8 star ⭐️
