Nice clean room

Front desk wasn't very helpful at all. I double book a room. No help from them or no call back from booking.com!

It was good

Building quite aged looking though the rooms were clean.

Room was not very clean with 2 small dirty towels hanging in bathroom upon our arrival. Grouting around base of tub appeared to be growing something and bath tap almost came off in my hand. Bathroom floor and baseboards in poor condition and not clean nor was base of toilet. . Bathroom fan extremely noisy and rackety. Pillows on bed v poor- all were square and lumpy, ie neither size nor shape of reg pillows. Pool was non functional.

Breakfast below average. Location had train noise all night.

Room condition. Shower looked so scuzzy we didn’t use it. Went to put things in the fridge and it had leftover food in it fro previous guests.

Can’t remember but there was some kind of disrepair in the room.

The room was old and ugly and I was kept awake all night by a very loud family across the hall. It’s 3am and they were cursing in the hall and fighting which woke me. They are still in and out closing doors, so I won’t sleep. I have a 14 hour drive ahead of me today and I’m not sure why I wasn’t given a better room.

lobby was very nice and staff was clean. Good breakfast

bathroom was not very clean. tiles were lifting and bathtub was cracked. carpet needs to be replaced.

The breakfast was good and they had nice options.

the rooms are dated and need some TLC. if you are a light sleeper or can’t do noise. the train runs all day and night.

Clean sheets and pillows. Clean towels. Smelled ok.

Food was ok. Coffee was good. Nice workers.

The lobby is nice and clean...

The tub was dirty... found dead roach... water stinks... floor panel coming off... shower and bathtub faucet covered in mildew...

Dirty, old, both lamps in the room were broken and office staff showed little interest

Ran out of prepared food

The rooms were below the standard i would have expected from ramada. Rooms need an upgrade.

Room was very well used to say the least. Needs remodeling. Sewage backed up in my sink every time the adjoining room flushed or showered. Shower slow to drain. Just not a very comfortable stay. I have a return trip room booked. I think I may cancel it.
