Room was quite dirty. Towels smelled bad and the carpets were filthy. Took my shoes off and within 20 minutes of walking around my socks looked like I was walking in the parking lot.

Absolutely a wonderful experience for my son‘s fourth birthday weekend. Conveniently located near beaches and restaurants. Walking or driving distance. This property was equipped with all the convenient amenities you would need to be comfortable for a stay. Will definitely be returning. Already planning our next trip

The scent of cleanser was avolshtely overwhelming and just didn’t ever fully dissipate. The water pressure was almost non-existent and both key cards they gave me upon my arrival just stopped working.

Reasonable - quiet room and bleached clean. Bit run down in places but perfectly adequate, parking was free and the breakfast - especially the waffle maker - was a bonus. Good location and easy to find.

Nothing really special about the hotel other than it's close to the beach. It looks better from the outside than the inside. Shower pressure was terrible, barely sprayed any water and was only warm. I like to take hot showers and a good shower is very important. It was nice to have breakfast at the hotel but it was just waffles, fruit and bagels.

no hot water during my entire stay. when I complained was ti\old it takes 40 minutes to travel from back of hotel to front. Next day I ran it for 40 minutes and it never got hot. I am sure they would have changed rooms but I chose not to move and took sponge baths

Oz at frront desk was wonderful. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Bagels, waffle, fruit and cereal for the breakfast. Dog friendly but could use a dog area. I would stay again.

The staff were kindand courteous. The facility was very clean. The house keeping was amazing. At the same time, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the couch should have been replaced 20 years ago.

Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast was good but selection was more limited than other similar hotel breakfasts. Room was generally clean, but furniture is old, carpet needs replacing and towels had a few stains. Overall, it was fine for a night or two, but nothing special.

The whole experience was really based on coming back to our hotel room on the 3rd night. We prepaid for 5 nights. We took our luggage so we could do laundry that day. So I assume the housekeeper thought we checked out. However- we prepaid for the room. We should still have access to our room. When we returned to our room at 8pm that day, someone else was in our room! The front desk person did not know how to solve the problem and was emailing back and forward with their manager. The manager would not speak to me on the phone. After a half hour of getting no answers, we left. We had to find a new hotel to stay at AND pay an additional about of money. I received a message from hotels.com it will take 15 business days for my $567 refund. Ugh! What a mess and it was handled so poorly.
