We got a room with breakfast and went we went down the staff informed us their truck didnt run. The bath tub was full of hair. No tissue in bathroom. No trash bags in trash cans. The comforters was on the beds up side down....decorated side was down. The staff was wonderful.

I checked out early due to the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water. They were supposed to refund partially my money back, but did not.

I had bugs in my room, first night there I had no air because I had no knowledge of how to control the 2 thermostat. Check out was difficult because of issues on charges and still not resolved.

Very clean front desk host at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as she listened to our story of we was scammed with the Airbnb loved our stay

Hotel rooms not cleaned every morning. Bathroom deterorating. Most staff members are very nice but some of them are not helpful

They had friendly customer service. But otherwise there was a fair amount to be desired. Tv didn’t work, blanket had a hole in it, elevator was dirty. The only ice machine was on fifth floor.

Spacious, clean, AC works well, good internet, friendly staff, typical breakfast, easy parking. Only drawback was no bedding found for the sofa bed.

The hotel looked brand new and it was very clean.

I booked through Hotels.com and when i arrived the room i reserved was not available. I had to purchase an air mattress for my son to sleep on. The staff was nice and apologize for not being able to accommodate my reservation. Breakfast was poor. They ran out of stuff or appliances didn't work. The ice machine was broken also.

The room had a lot of down. Dirty towels and found some hair in the towels, and lots of hair in the restroom, including the shower and the counter. Really disgusting.

Never ever come back to this hotel, Holiday Inn oh my God no clean no good surface. I can’t sleep. I lost $152 for no reason.

The AC was not working and it was 95 degress outside, I was unable to sleep and they didnt send technician to fix it. On top of that, they didnt even change the room because they were fully booked.

Overall stay is good except the old tabaco smell from the carpet.

Was not happy about them not having a pool although the hotel shows that there is a pool in hotel.
My room smelled terrible and seem as though they used bleach to cover up the scent. Terrible experience. At least the staff was nice and made accommodation.

Great hotel. Stayed the weekend for a soccer tournament. A plus that breakfast is included. Clean and comfortable beds.

The front staff was really nice, my room had a lot of hair in the bathroom especially on the floor. Breakfast wasn’t good and the lobby needed to be cleaned

As a female, I requested a room inside the building but I was refused and giving a room on the back building and I could hear the interstate so it wasn’t quiet but the room was clean, the bed was awful

It’s right next to the highway and you hear the cars all night. The sheets weren’t clean (luckily I had my own) and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either. During checkout I was yelling out for some help at the desk for about ten minutes and no one showed up so eventually I left. Honestly this hotel wasn’t worth the $130.

Good thing for this facility was the sofa bed, that accommodated all my families. I did not use the WiFi, not sure about that. Breakfast is average. good self-parking though. Things I do not like was that the AC not working well, the wall-mount control not working, the panel on AC not working properly. Unit was noisy too. Also, the facility is near highway, it was bit noisy in the morning.

The washcloth were filthy. One of the beds in the had dirt at the bottom of the sheets. There is mildew in the tub with mold. The shower curtain has a lot of dirt on it. But the associates were very nice and courteous.

We made this reservation online. so we didn't know exactly what we were going to get. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a restful night, and the breakfast bar was great. The staff was very helpful if we needed anything extra. Everything was clean. If I have to travel back to this area, we will definitely be staying here.

My stay was great- very family friendly. The staff is very friendly and seem to really care about the happiness of their guests. The hot breakfast was also tasty and a lot to choose from. The hotel is very clean and appears to have been recently remodeled- love the modern decor. The beds are so soft and comfty and the room amenities are nice- especially the Dove products in the bathroom- great choice. Also, location is super convenient to trampoline park for kids, gym, shops, restaurants, mall and lots of other stores. This hotel is definitely worth the money.
