We had a very pleasant stay at this Quality Inn. Friendly staff, the room was clean, comfortable bed, and copious amounts of hot water - also great coffee and a good selection of breakfast choices. recommended!

The corridor of the room was dirty, Parking was very limited, need to search around for parking as it was full, bathroom was very small, there was no drinking water or kettle in the room.

Not recommended. The room and bed sheets had a strong odor, and the hallway was dirty. I paid $450 for one night, likely due to booking on the same day. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

This was an okay stay. It was very odd to have an elementary school style toilet and a shower with a step up. Needs to be updated. Sink inside the room instead of bathroom was strange as well. The bed was fine and comfortable. Just need some bathroom updates.

The breakfast was cold. We were charged an additional five dollars a day for a hotel fee. I booked through a third-party and I showed the manager what I was supposed to pay and she said oh well too bad that’s what it is. I would not recommend staying at this hotel

We booked and paid (over $700) for a suite advertising a separate area of the room. Upon checking in, we were given a normal room (under $300) and was told they don’t even have suites at this location. They refused to refund the difference between their single room and suite prices. We checked in after 9pm and could not find another hotel. Hotel was disgusting.. Avoid this place at all costs

Miscommunication from staff at check in, ended up having to spend an additional $313 on top of the $430 for 1 night. Hotel quality was poor, little to no toiletries provided in the bathroom. The door in the room is padlocked and broke due to the chain being rusted. Overall disappointed with my stay here.

For $200 a night I expected more. The hotel was old and needed updating . It was clean but you could see repairs that desperately need to.done. It detracted from the look of the hotel. Breakfast was awful. Processed eggs ect.

Strange room layout - jacuzzi in a redone terrace area facing the parking lot. No closet! A coatrack with one hanger next to the jacuzzi. Lumpy pillows. Limited food and no stores nearby. And this was not a low price - &400 plus for Friday and Saturday. But the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Stayed in Newport, CT 7/19-7/21…$441/night. The quality of the room does not match the cost of the room. Clear water damage in room. Ceiling had been repaired and not repaired professionally (that’s my thought). Hardly any walking space in double bed room. Hallway carpet so dirty and smelly. Door appeared to have been pushed in and lock not secure to door. No ventilation in bath caused the tile floor to be slippery when exiting showering. Typical free breakfast that we opt to skip. Definitely will plan better so I’m not forced to stay here again.

There was a leak in the bathroom, the hallways and lobby smelled terrible, and you could clearly hear all activity in the hallway.

The first night we had a live cockroach on our sink but no offer to move us. They said they would spray the next day. The next day two more dead bugs in our room and no offer to move us. The next night we found a panty liner on the edge of the pool; they came to clean this up quickly. While the employees seemed kind and grossed out, it didn’t seem to matter. We spent so much money for this room for the Fourth of July weekend, nearly $900. In transparency, we just received notice that we will be refunded a small portion of our stay, 25 percent (insufficient). Save your money and stay elsewhere as it is not clean, it is loud (paper thin walls), and the hotel is not quick to respond.
