My stay was not so good I booked a room with double beds and was giving a room with 1 king bed and a recliner that didn't work. I was still charged the same rate. They were no amenities such as breakfast, ice machine,ect. The place smelled horrible from cigarette smoke to Marijuana smoke and drunks hanging outside i definitely didn't feel safe for myself or my family

Stained, filthy carpet...Burned out lightbulbs...No hangers...Sickening smell...Window broke open...Bathroom fan's annoying sound.. Only one trash can...No coffee maker/coffee packets...Crappy breskfast...Inattentive staff...Unwelcoming entrance...Dirty refrigerator...We would rather pitch a tent next to a crocodile infested swamp than stay in this hideous hotel again.

I had to clean the shower and tub before i could shower
The kitchen sink was clogged and when the water came up it had black chunks that came out of the drain and the fridge had water build up in it

Bathroom wasnt clean. Toilet seat was dirty and loose, leaking faucet , carpet detached from baseboard, curtain that cover closet had white stains.
Told clerk Abel he said " No Maintenance until Monday, and why cant you put tissue on the seat.

Convenient and near a mall but that’s it. “Breakfast” was mini muffins and coffee. Terrible smell and dirt inside the elevators, hallways, and in the room.

The room need to be detailed clean. And wanted to shelf was missing in the kitchen area. But for a hundred and something dollars a night it should have been better but we was only staying for two nights so it was okay for two nights

Dead bugs were in all 3 rooms I booked
There was this awful urine smell in the first room. The key to the door got stuck in the door and I had to wait til the next day to get back in the room to get my things. This place needs to be shut down or remodeled. Morning shift cared more about my concerns and complaints.

The worst hotel and also so far in the transaction. I booked in this hotel and when I went there to the reception desk and asked for ID, she told me there were no empty rooms. Shortly after I left the hotel, I searched for another hotel. I went down to the bank and cleared the amount. I tried to recover the amount with Expedia. There is no benefit to them, damn it.

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in and I travel A LOT. Not only was the bathroom floor sticky with random spots of (what I am hoping was) ketchup, but the carpet was sticky was well and riddled with stains. Absolutely gross and we wore out shoes the entire time. They do not clean the rooms at all except for every 2 weeks.

Got there and they gave away my room. And had nothing left other than a queen bed for 3 ppl. Had to buy and airbed and sleep on the floor. Last minute couldn't find anywhere to stay. Charged me for what I resserved (2 dbl bed w studio) instead of what i actually got. Outdated. 32' tvs if even that size. There is minimal to choose from for breakfast tea. Tea and oatmeal if your lucky. Not even a hot water maker in the room. Definitely contacting head office. I repeat do not stay here!!!

This hotel has a really funny smell the carpet and the rooms are stained the first room I received was full of dirty towels and sheets so I requested another one and the next one smelled like fish and so did the hallways I never will return here

Room was ok. Bed was comfortable enough. Carpet was not clean and had sticky areas. I didn't take off my shoes a second time. Rest of room was clean. Staff was very helpful. "Breakfast" consisted of coffee, packedged muffins, packages of oatmeal.

Reagan was very nice & freindly. She called me to let me know i has accidentialy made 2 reservations, prior ot my checking in. She cancelled the reservation before i got there, and although I ended up being double charged, they immediatley refunded my monies, with no issues. She also was able to accomodate later check out which worked well.
CON: the nght shift didnt set up breakfast in the morning, so my guest & I had to order out. Other than that no real issues, and Id stay again

The staff were great but the rooms were really run down. We booked a non smoking room but the room obviously was at some point a smoking room because it smelled so badly of stale old smoke. For what we paid and how much time in the room we spent since we were attending the draft in Detroit it wasn’t the worst but could very well be updated and more comfortable.

It was a good stay it was just the lights didn’t work and when I told them they said maintenance came in and only on light on the headboard worked, and when they pulled out the little table it was very dirty behind it they could have put it back so we couldn’t see the dust and debris

The room was absolutely HORRIBLE!! Not one trash can in the entire room. Not the bathroom or the kitchenette. No utensils, no dishes, holes in the walls, it was the WORST. However, the young lady that checked us in was amazing. She was kind and knowledgeable and was the ONLY positive aspect of our stay!!!

Upon arrival Amanda at the front desk greeted and welcomed me and checked me in speedily. I had trouble opening the door to my room (i was turning the handle the wrong way) and when I informed her she came up immediately and showed me how to turn the handle and she maintained a smile and a friendly demeanor the whole time. Amanda has excellent customer service skills. She is an asset to your business!

Upstairs room all night walking around and sounds loud, we heard sounds from rooms around us and upstairs all night not good installations. Breakfast is terrible outside park lot is very dirty.

Check in was awful. Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes because no staff member was present. Eventually called the hotel from my cell in order to get someone to come to the desk and check me in. Then they sent me to a room that had not yet been prepared for a new guest. So I went back down to the front desk. Again no staff member was present. I had to call them on the phone again in order to get someone to come to the desk and help

There was no room for me. I was given a key to a room which already had an occupant. Police had been called to the parking lot for vandalism to a parked car. A terrible property. I will never stay at an Extended Stay.
