Check your bank account during and after stay. They will put unknown charges on your account. I paid in full on check in and had 2 more charges come up on my account and no one seemed to know why. I didn’t make them so someone there was making charges.

Staff was very nice and the room was older but clean.

The floor is dirty, and pillow and blanket are not clean as well. Theres no dryer

This day was really great. I would recommend them. I will stay there again. Me and my family. We really liked it and we really were treated nice. Everybody was so friendly. If you had an issue they fixed it so quick.

Owner charged the Expedia fee to me. Coffee pod was empty, not replaced after last rental. Bugs on floor of bathroom.

I did not like the fact they charged for a pet when advertising on Hotels.com says none. Next to a busy road too.

Shower had low water pressure and the shower head leaked. Only stay in one room an wouldnt let me cancel other room. Cuz i had to rent another room for my mom n her service dog cuz they tried to charge 100.00 for a service dog which is against the law... i cant wait to hear from the lawyer about that. Also bed was to be a queen an it was small looked like a twin.. no mircowave in rooms. No coffee pots in room. No nothing. No vending machines offered, no breakfast or coffee at office either. Manager is very very rude to female customers but very nice to my husband. Had a let sleep sign on door checkout was 11am an they was knocking on door at 830am to ask if my husband was checking out today... hotel should be shut down an tore down...

For the entire length of the back fence there was dog waste every 3 feet. It rained over the three days I was there so my dog's feet got wet and left a mark on the sheets. This would easily wash out. But my $100 deposit was lost in full. I can't see coming back to the dubuque location. I'd rather pay more at a different motel.

The outstanding feature of this property is the people. Both the evening and morning shift were managed by individuals who were kind, thoughtful, and very helpful with my questions. They made our stay enjoyable and gave us a very good impression of Rodeway Inn--a hotel name we had not made use of in the past. Kurt & Connie

Our apartment with king-size bed was not very nicely furnished. The shower didn't work very well and we always had a strange feeling in the elevator as it smelled strongly of hydraulic oil. All in all, we had hoped for something better from "by Windham".

Location is good. They could use a little TLC in the maintenance dept. Pillows should be replaced.

Super old, property should be torn down. Bath tub was so old it had rust spots in the bottom. Air conditioner fan sounded like a jet engine with howling bad bearings. The door had no safety locks.

Proprety was super clean. There was a gap around the door and window that did not open. they could save a ton of money if they put in some small inprovements. Yes they have free WI Fi if your room is in the lobby!

I had a great stay here. The bed was very comfortable, and everything in the room worked very well. I will stay there again when I need a room in Dubuque.

If your trying to find a place just for the night and most hotels are booked. Don’t stay here. I am not a picky hotel person but the bullet holes in the curtains and door that literally let in light looked like it had been kicked in. Extra security lock was broken off. The bed was rock hard with two pillows that wouldn’t have made one if you put them together. This place is scary.

This place is rundown, dirty, and bordering on a "do not stay." The door to outside would only close halfway, the sheets had black long curly hair on them and blood drops, the bathroom had crust around the edges and the ceiling tile was detached and hanging there. There is obscenities scratched into the hanging rack, and the floors had coins, dust, and debris all over. This place is a stay if you're alone and only sleeping there for a quick bit. Definitely not a place to bring family, or a group. And definitely not worth more than $20 or $30 a night.

It was a good clean hotel. Great location around restaurants.

Towels were stained. Short hairs on bathroom floor from someone else. Only 2 pillows total for 2 people.

They tried to put us in a room with a broken window. We ended up finding another hotel. Staff was very helpful and understanding.

Allowed me to check in early as I had wedding to get to in East Dubuque. Very clean room and quiet. Parking lot was a bit full of potholes but otherwise nice stay.

As far as budget hotels go; this is a very nice affordable & pleasant stay. You get what you pay for so consider your expectations. A bed and shower, small 'frig. simple cable and easy access to room. Clean and friendly accommodating staff. Truly wonderful staff. The shower is due for re-grout/tiled but otherwise in good state - very clean. Note you will experience some hwy noise and traveling workers in and out. Don't stay here if you want a fine breakfast, pool, & hot tub. Great for a recharge before hitting the road or when ur spending most of your time away from hotel exploring local attractions. Recommend for cyclist. Good Mexican restaurant next door. Good Job Rodeway:)

Will. Not. Stay. Here again !!! The staff. Was. Very sharp with me. The. Hole weekend. Than didnt want to give me. My full deposit back to me.

Building is old and outdated. Room was in need of complete remodel and smelled like an ashtray. Housekeeping was no where to be found.
