Very old, wood floor in the room that bounce. Sorry dirty, stains on the furniture this place need a complete overhaul. Front desk person was great.very old.

My stay at Comfort Suites was awesome! Large spacious room, very clean. Bathroom shower was the best. Lots of water pressure from the shower head which is very relaxing. Bed was very comfortable as well. Complementary fresh popcorn and cookies were offered to the guests. Both were delicious. The free breakfast offered to guests has lots of choices. I will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises. Recommend this hotel 100%.

This Comfort Suites is great about being pet-friendly! They even had a goody bag for our dog. The floors aren't carpeted, which is great for a dog and for cleanliness. Very friendly staff.

Cleanliness is expected when staying at any hotel. Hair in bathroom, no extra toilet paper, clogged toilet, candy residue on floor and stains on towels did not meet my standards. Refrigerator needed defrosting as ice had built up and was no longer keeping items as cool as it should. Elevator was not working when we arrived although it did work later. It was definitely a disappointment as we had stayed at this hotel last year and had no issues.

Nice room, nice staff , free popcorn and cookies& mints& coffee in lobby. Nice free breakfast and nice but small pool.Close to grocery store, gas station and fast food. About 20 minutes to beaches .Pet friendly areas out back. Good lighting at night in parking lot. Will stay there with my family again.

Could use some more cameras for security in the parking lot. Had someone try to break a window on my car. Unfortunately my car was not within cameras view

When we arrived the woman attendant was cleaning and when we went to dinner she was cleaning. She was extremely nice and welcoming. There were a lot of religious books for sale that seemed out of place and kind of scary. I’m not a fan of people pushing just religion, especially when it is one-sided (Only Christianity). The room was pretty good, especially for the price. I would rather have a hot pot in the room rather than the cheap pods. There is not a reason for it either because they have a coffee machine available 24/7 and the coffee was very good. The breakfast was good one day and another day it was just ok. There is not much gluten free except for yogurt and fruit. I wish that they would have had a frozen muffin or something if you are gf. Most hotels you can ask and they will have something frozen.

It appeared the housekeeper overlooked some things when preparing our room. There was only one towel in the bathroom. There was trash on the bathroom floor because there was no trash can. FYI.... you should provide trash cans in the restroom for feminine products. The toilet paper roll only had three squares left but thankfully there was a full roll behind the toilet.The carpet appeared as if it hadn't been vacuumed with some rainbow sprinkles from a cookie or donut on the floor. The complimentary coffee pods in the room were only decaf. The breakfast was nothing special but the free coffee in the lobby was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed to add an additional night. The location is a bit difficult to access when coming from Southport.

The bathtub drain was hanging on by a small piece of caulk. The floors were dirty. The shampoo and conditioner containers were used. The hair dryer was disgusting and covered in something sticky.

The gentleman that was working the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating and the suite we chose was perfectly cleaned and maintained! It’s also right next to a lot of popular fast food options and a Walmart 👍

The customer service was excellent and the room was very clean & well stock with bathroom/shower necessities. My only issue was there was rust in the shower and I get squirmished about things like that!

The property was nice. The staff was excellent! The breakfast wasn’t very good and they ran out of stuff. The one thing we really didn’t care for was the light and fan in bathroom were on the same switch. The fan ran constantly and was loud and annoying.

We stayed Memorial Day weekend for 3 nights. Everything was great. Staff, 3 miles from beach, clean, they even make popcorn for the guests! Definitely will be back.

Really nice staff. We were given a great room, but then the lights in the bathroom didn't work. The room we were moved to was bigger, but outdated in comparison. Had a stale smell and the shower water pressure was terrible. Also could have been cleaner. Again, I think this room just hadn't been updated yet, and the staff had no problem letting us switch rooms. With more updates this location could be much better. The location is pretty good too--there's restaurants and grocery stores close by. About 10-15 minutes to Oak Island beaches.
