Great room and the beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was outstanding! So was the breakfast! Mmmm good!!!

I was allowed to have my service dog with me and their was a dog area. The staff ms. linda and ms. mary were very accommodating to our needs. I would stay here again.

Was not the Hampton quality. No towels in room, dirty bathroom, old, loud voices at 2am outside our window. And we were on the 4th floor! Breakfast was good.

It was nice. They had a pool and hottub which was amazing because it was indoors.

Since the end of the pandemic this location has gone through a "renovation", outside and lobby look good as well as the new gym facility, of the 5 rooms I've stayed in since some during they all seem much the same, some more tired than others. Beds are comfy, good television, some kind of perfume deodorizer in the ac unit that was off putting, otherwise pretty clean room. The breakfast was pretty good and all staff in the place was excellent and accommodating! Pool was over chlorinated, bottom was filthy from not being vacuumed in long time doesn't appear to get much use most likely because of this. In all of Washington other than the B&B's there are only 2 decent hotels to stay in, the rest are the ones you stop and flop at overnight on the way down the road I'm hoping that in a hand full of years this one doesn't join the ranks.

The room was not up to standards. The bathtub drain was very slow. The electrical plug on the side of the TV stand came out in my hand. The other electrical plug had to be jiggled to work the coffee maker. The window shade was broken. It would not roll up. When I mentioned it at check up it was like no one cared. They said they couldn't give me a copy of my receipt because the internet was down. I was very disappointed for what I paid for the room.

Room w as not clean. Bathroom had stains in the tub and urine was on the toilet. Front desk staff claimed it was stains on the toilet but if so, why not change the roilet sear.

Friendly and respectful staff. Room was nice and clean.

I loved that infused water was available in the lobby!

My only complaint is that the luggage cart was raggedy. The railing on all sides kept coming out of the holes while pushing it. There was only the one.

Construction meant disruptions but inexcusable were nails everywhere both a danger to cars and stepping/walking. Cleanliness was less than adequate in the room, breakfast was not to standards in other Hamptons we have stayed in

showed up and there was 7 construction lifts working on site. There was no way to enter the building. We cancelled and stayed next door. It was annoying to be woken up Saturday morning at 7am with your lifts beeping that could be heard across the street.

Expedia did not represent this property correctly. There was exterior construction going on during our stay. The pool was closed, we could not use the front entrance, it was noisy and there was very little parking. The cable line was somehow cut before we arrived so that was not available during our 2 night stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was decently clean, though you could barely see out of the foggy window. Only 1 small trash can located in the bathroom. The bathroom was not very clean...stains and dirt on the floor, unclean shower faucet and shower head and the bath door handle was not properly attached. Construction on the hotel and the lot next door starts at 7am. The staff that we encountered were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was also pretty good as was the coffee. Probably will not stay there again.

Staff was friendly, room was average but i wish i would be made aware that the hotel was under heavy renovation. definitively not worth the money i paid.

Was not a good experience, air did not work in the room, very hot. Uncomfortable sweating and trying to sleep. Do not recommend and will not stay again. Way over priced

The stay in this Hampton was great! The room was very clean and comfortable with an excellent, big breakfast selection. The staff were all kind and provided us with water and snacks when we checked in

I booked this hotel because it was my friend’s daughters birthday who is 7. When I got to the hotel and checked in and came back downstairs to get dinner and come back I noticed a sign on the door to the pool that said it was closed for renovations. The whole point of me booking the hotel was because it was her birthday, and she enjoyed swimming and we couldn’t swim I called hotels.com and the hotel agreed to give me back my second night stay, but not my first, but that didn’t do me any good because if I checked out at 11 and checked in at the hotel across the street at 4 her party was at six, so we still wouldn’t have time to swim so my trip was ruined.
