Didn't go

Room was creepy, cockroaches, no TV remote, ask for a couple of pillows that we never got

Heat and ac worked. Close to restaurant

Water in shower didn't get hot, had to request tv remote, dirty towels (fortunately I always travel with my own), bugs crawling around sink, cracked tile around wall of shower, sofa arms ripped Microwave was dirty. Ice bucket but no cups.

Party going on three doors down. Brown stains on bed cover. Wet wash cloth on rack. Staff cme to my door twice, once to ask who checked me in as if I didn't check in. Really a "hood" experience all round. Terrible part of town. Wouldn't stay there again even with a gun to my head. Requesting a refund. Thanks.

Didn't have any bath cloths or towels in the room, even though we brought our own. Staff questioned us about the towels and bath cloths. I informed them that there were never any in the room and that I had brought my own.

No coffee hotel was under renovation

Convenient location

towels where not as clean as they should have been! plus the rooms has roaches everywhere and half of the rooms didn’t have properly working showers

The property was great in every aspect.

The Booking.com app needs to be revised. This is the second time that the app has changed the dates that I put in first, and then when I printed it out, it had replaced the dates with the future dates that were originally displayed.
