My family and I rented a house for 7 days, but we stayed here for two days before going to the house and we loved it. Nice clean room, excellent customer service, and good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, easy walk and access to beach. Pools and hot tub maintained and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable but pillows too soft for my personal liking. Good amount of towels and supply of toiletries in room. Rooms freshened daily. Only complaint is Wi-Fi is temperamental. Definitely will return and highly recommend!

We’ve been going to the same Hampton Inn and Suites in Corolla, NC for a few years now, as we have thoroughly enjoyed our stays there; however, that was not the case this time. We last stayed here in July of 2024 and everything was great, came back for Labor Day inly a couple of months later and the hotel looked run down. Floors were filthy, ants in the eating area, tables for breakfast looked like they’d never been wiped, no towels for pool area, candy wrappers on table in room at check-in, shower barely worked with rust stains dripping down from it, and sand in bed sheets (we had to change our own sheets). Additionally, we saw several of the staff just hanging out in the halls watching their phones, which we found odd that so many of them would be allowed to do this. Location is still great through with some of the best beach access.

Great location for the beach. Rooms adequate but not well maintained (carpet pulling away from wall). No info in room regarding TV stations or how to operate. how to find tv guide, etc. suite not well laid out. Housekeeping staff was great. Front desk staff just ok. Not overly friendly or helpful. but certainly civil. Breakfast was adequate. Nothing horrible but nothing special about the place.

We liked it here overall. The location is good, right on the beach, and you can rent chairs and umbrellas and charge to your room.

This property is right on the beach with indoor and outdoor pools. The location is great for families and north of all the congested areas. The breakfast was adequate and a good way to start without worrying about food in the morning. The cleaning staff seemed more engaged with the guest than some of the staff working the front desk. The balcony was infested with dragon flies, spiders and other flying insects. Overall this property was enjoyable.

Beautiful ocean front. Outdoor pools and area very nice. Also indoor pool and hot tub. Good hot and cold breakfast provided. 24 hour coffee, tea. Helpful staff, friendly.

We had a wonderful time here! There are so many different options for swimming—the lazy river, pool, wading pool, indoor pool and hot tub, plus it’s right on the ocean! The room was large and able to fit our family of 5 comfortably. We loved the snack shop and especially loved that they provided paper plates and bowls and utensils for when we got takeout. The breakfast was good and we especially loved that it went until ten. Our one complaint was the doors were a little hard to open, but that can also be a good thing with our rambunctious little boys. Will definitely be coming back here.

I truly loved the friendly staff & and the hot tub & the breakfast & I will come again. My Daughter gave me this trip for Mother's Day & so that I could eat @ my favorite Restaurant Captain George's. I thought the rooms and hotel were very clean, indoor and purdoor pool areas very clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Beach access was perfect and beautiful.

Our studio was fine, although somewhat dated. Our balcony faced the parking lot not the ocean as we'd expected. And the outdoor HVAC system's noise wasn't wonderful to listen to while sitting on the balcony. Biggest complaint is that the kitchenette came with absolutely no plates, cutlery or cooking utensils. Cupboards are bare. Don't come here expecting to be able to use the kitchenette. Indoor and outdoor pools (a lap pool and a lazy river) were nice and you have quick access to the beach from a private set of stairs over the dune. Drive to Duck is about 15 minutes (highly recommended: boardwalk is lovely). Drive to Corolla (overdeveloped) about 10 minutes. Pine Island reserve and trail access is literally across the street. We got a decent shoulder-season price so made it worthwhile.

Beautiful location. Staff always greeted us with a smile; Betty, at breakfast, was a gem. Jimmy, at front desk, was courteous and helpful. Continenental breakfast was good. Ocean front location was absolutely breathtaking and convenient. Bed was comfy. Our entire experience was wonderful. Our only recommendation is for management to purcahse more bath towels. They ran out one day, but next morning they were replaced. Houskeeping were fantastic. Again, wonderful stay and we plan to return in the warmer months.

We had a walk-out large room, advertised as partial ocean view. It was convenient to the ocean, but the view was of a sand dune.
The beds were comfortable and the ocean was stunning!
It’s pet friendly, so there was a lot of perfume to cover up any smell, I guess.

On check-in, we weren't greeted with a friendly and helpful check-in. Instead he was short with us and told us we would need to check back in later. At our check-in time we were told the room wasn't ready and some manager came flying out and scolded the worker at the desk "Isis", despite her being the friendliest and most helpful check-in we had. Frankly, this wasn't the best experience and I don't think I'd recommend staying here in the future.

We have stayed here many times, almost always in the off season (early spring or late fall). Highlights are the peaceful location, indoor and outdoor pool, short walk across the dunes to the beautiful beach, spacious suites with decks or balconies, nice lobby and common area, plenty of outdoor space and tons of free parking, and full breakfast. There really aren’t many disadvantages - maybe a little more wear and tear as compared to when I first started coming here 9 years ago (nothing out of the expected for property that’s not brand new), and there is not an on-site restaurant so you will have to drive a little way (less than 5 miles) or get delivery if you want to eat out…there is an on-site store, and every room I’ve ever stayed in has had a fridge and microwave. Overall, it’s a great place and we plan to keep coming back.
