Very nice motel. Staff generally very good, helpful. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very minimal and when I went to the office after 7, it was locked and not open for awhile.

This is are go to place when we visit Eugene. Rooms are nice and the staff is always friendly and are always available. It’s near downtown but you would never know it.

Room was clean 2 comfy Q beds. Gave 4 stars only bc we had an early check in at 3:00. Very small lobby with one very friendly guy working. Line was 5-6 people deep outside,on a very hot day, took quite a while to check in. I would recommend this motel and stay again.

The employees were incredibly kind and helpful as they could be. Tried two rooms and the dog or cleaner odor was unbearable. The secondary door locks were not installed correctly which made them useless.

It was a nice stay, except for some guest that decided to stand outside our door at 3:30 am and talk very loud.

Well maintained, centrally located hotel. Basic amenities. Limited breakfast in the small office(takeaway).

Check in was easy and very enjoyable. Our room was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities. I loved the dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was stocked. Parking was easy and I felt safe knowing the property had many working security cameras on site. It’s the perfect location being right next to the freeway entrance and just walking distance from downtown! Would highly recommend for an affordable and friendly stay.

The front desk was very helpful with a quick check-in. She suggested restaurants in the area, and told us places to go and places to avoid. It is clear that there is a significant homeless population in one direction. She pointed us a few blocks in the other direction to the vibrant downtown. A great place for an affordable one night stop-over.

Front desk and staff were friendly. The motel prices were triple the regular amount due to the USTAF trials. Was charged for a duvet and a towel on my credit card, when I called I explained that I removed them both and they are in the room's closet the charges were removed.

Dining options were close by and walkable. Parking was free and easy. The included breakfast was just coffee juice and pickup and go items in the reservation office. Not a sit down situation. Room was clean.

Check-in was great and very helpful. I felt bad for the staff because they were short on help and we late checking in. We were fine with it, but it was a bummer for them. Everything else was as expected and the staff was super helpful. I thought the busy street was going to be loud, but you couldn't hear it with the windows closed.

Room 106. That is where they placed us. What is this the left over room? It looked nothing like the picture used to sell the room. It looked like you had a corner and put the left over stuff in there and made it a room to sell. Holes in the blankets, chair broken, dirty cleaning towels left in the bathroom. I was very disappointed. The only thing they right, was when I needed my tickets printed and they were able to do that for me.

This is an older facility that you can tell the staff really does their best to keep it up, but not to teir fault, it doesnt really hold up. It could benefit from a good remodeling. My room was very clean but felt worn out. I was very sensitive of the smell my room had. It was reminiscent of pine sol, or similar cleani.g product. It was very strong and never disipated. Even my cpap machine smelled like it for several days after 1 one night stay. The staff I encountered were very friendly.
