what a GREAT find, we absolutely loved our stay here and would like to spend 3-4 days next time. We came in town for the Brimfield Antique and Flea Market Show and found this property. It was amazing - pool, hot tub, health club, Gym, Hand Ball / Racquetball, it really offers so much. Pool tables in the lounge area. The property is rich with history and it is beautiful.

When we checked in (at 2a) the girl at the front desk was annoyed w something, told us she would be back, pushed the elevator button then kicked it and swore. We were only there 2-8a so can’t say much about experience. Room was big and clean. That’s all that mattered to us. We were just passing through.

We went and saw Graham Nash and Claritin at the treehouse brewery. It was a hotel close to the event. We have never been in the town before. What a lovely property we swam in the pool. It was very nice extremely clean very safe. We will definitely stay again. Very good value

It was a nice place for a weekend getaway!! Clean, friendly staff. Had to walk around to find a few places. There were signs to help. Great food

We were very impressed with the history of the building and the story of the renovation. The fitness facility was the largest I've ever seen in a hotel, even offering 2 racquet ball courts. I didn’t use but I did enjoy the spa; the water was 102° and the jets were powerful. Nice pool too. Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable.

My God!! A nostalgic journey in an old relic of mfg now converted into a greY getaway!! I will bring my family next time!! The area is so close to Sturbridge village ,great nearby eateries . I could go on and on and on as I watch the fire pit in the outside court

Staff were friendly, professional and accomodating. Lobby is lovely. Hotel rooms are very dated. Unfortunately, upon arrival we found that our room had not been cleaned well: dirty towels left in the bathroom, ice bucket still had melted ice in it, and fingerprints remained on the mirrored closet doors. Fortunately, helpful staff moved us to another room. Price is very reasonable, but should include a sanitized room. Sadly, the first room just left us wondering how clean anything was and made for an uncomfortable night.

Wonderful hotel! Unfortunately, there were other guests on our floor that decided it wasnt an issue to run up and down hallways until 2 am, screaming, while others were outside partying until after 2 am as well. Could hear everything! The hotel responded to numerous calls and it finally calmed down. Breakfast was phenomenal (for a fee) and well worth the cost! Hotel has great pool, gym, restaurants, even 2 racquetball courts. Would stay again in the hopes it would be a tad quieter!

Stopped for one night on the way to a wedding. We had a good meal in the restaurant, Shades, then slept well in our beautiful, clean room. It was so quiet and comfortable I didn't want to leave.

We were there on August 4th and 5th. The price was very good with the way they kept the room. We got two joint room and kids loved it. The place is very cozy, very specious. Breakfast was good. Had tons of things to do indoor. This is a Bargain for the location.

My stay was okay. Normally my bed feels great. Thus time, the mattress was very uncomfortable. I asked if the switched out the mattress and was told no. I stay in the same room every couple of weeks. I know this mattress was switched.

Old Factory converted into Hotel and they did a good job. Lots of rich history.

It’s off the beaten path but clean and spacious. My only complaint is that we arrived very late-like 2am. There was non one at the front desk. We waited almost 30 minutes until someone showed up. Not welcome at 2am.

Staff at the front desk were very friendly. Property was kept up well. Renovated old factory with conference space, indoor pool with hot tub, large fitness area with free weights. Our room was nice and spacious. 2 Queen beds. Mini fridge and coffee bar appreciated. Had the buffet breakfast and the food was very good. Very much self service however. Dinner in the bar area was ok. Not your normal restaurant experience. Limited staff and food selections. Mostly burgers and wings but the food was surprisingly satisfying. Loved the Sweet Potato fries with a maple flavor. Would stay again as it was 20 minutes from the Indian Ranch where we enjoyed Samuel Slaters and the music. Thank you !
