Cool renovation of a unique structure. Excellent service and mostly friendly staff. (Especially Stephanie at the desk and our bar waitress.) Good location, clean and spacious room. Lovely courtyard and nice pool. Quite a beautiful space.

Not enough outside egress to convenient parking made for long walks from car to room. No assistance with bags, either.. We were on the third floor, far down the hall. Exits at the ends of halls led down to alarmed emergency doors. What if there was a fire? Having only one way in and out was strange & did not feel entirely safe.

Beautiful building and grounds. The marble staircases are beautiful. We enjoyed looking at the pictures and flood lines on the wall in the lobby. Loved reading the history of the building. Nice outside and inside seating areas. We played a game of cornhole. We enjoyed walking around the grounds. Nicely kept up.

Staff should make sure all chores are done before moving on to the next room. Should smell fresh. We had to call to have our 2 trashes emptied that was from the previous guest. The man that came to empty the garbages was awesome. Very friendly and positive. He helped us with a lamp that wasn't working but it turned out, it was because we did not turn on the wall switch next to the door. The pillows were lumpy and the one I had smelled like bad breath when I was laying on it. :( I told the front desk and when we came back to the room, we had two new pillows that were not lumpy. Although, they did not take away the lumpy, smelly pillows. I hope those aren't used again. Made me wonder if the sheets were changed. I should've asked them to do that when I asked for better pillows. I did buy some Lysol to spray on the bed and other areas. Looking at the mattress, it looked like the bed could use a new one because it looked uneven, but that could be just me. We had a hard time understanding the man that checked us in at the front desk and he seemed a bit annoyed. The rest of the front desk workers were great! We didn't have breakfast here because the hours for breakfast was 7-9. I was disappointed because our last trip here was great!

Well maintained, clean, comfortable. Restaurant was excellent! Staff very nice!

No coffee station for guests. It was a Keurig and pods for purchase….This is just a nice touch…

The room was clean and it was a good layout.

The layout of the room itself was great, but finding the room wasn't very intuitive, though we had no problem locating it really. Maybe more signs would help.
