The rooms were spacious and very quiet. Located right behind Fenway Park. You could probably hear a game on game day

Hotel was in a great location, many restaurants were in walking distance . Felt safe walking at night with family. Disappointed about the breakfast choice and restaurants, they were not open. They had a small pop up breakfast area in the lobby

No help with our luggage at curbside or to our to our room. View was of abandoned offices across the street. No coffee in the room and coffee service was not avail until 7:00 am. No hotel restaurant or bar - definitely not service oriented!

Nice decor and fairly comfortable room but a few caveats: Fenway rooms should be renamed Freeway rooms as they are on the freeway side of the property and consequently rather noisy. My room had no coffee maker but it did have a strange smell. Lastly, there was no on-property restaurant offering breakfast but there are places 10-20 mins walk away that do.

Great location and great time

Friendly and welcoming from the moment we pulled up to the Valet, until the moment we left. Everyone was kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. We'll be back!

We always enjoy our stay at The Hotel Commonwealth. We stay here every time we come to the the Fenway area.The rooms are spacious and well designed. The staff is just wonderful!!

What an absolute beauty of a hotel!! We loved every minute of it. A quick trip to the city to see Sting at MGM Music Hall and the hotel and staff made an incredible experience even better. We’ll be back!!

The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. My daughter’s wheelchair broke and they had one we could use and got us a car so we didn’t miss the show. Fantastic place, I’d come back anytime!

We chose to stay at this hotel because it was close to Fenway Park, and we are so glad that we did! The moment we walked through the door we were greeted warmly at the front desk,and they did their best to accommodate us with early check in. The staff at this hotel is absolutely incredible! We were given waters and snacks at check in, later when we left for our game and it was raining they offered us ponchos. They really go out of their way to make sure your stay is wonderful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel has it's own restaurants, but was within a minutes walk to Starbucks, Dunkin and McDonald's if you want a quick bite or coffee. Fenway was a five minute walk. Our family has a wonderful stay and would stay here again!

The staff was amazing. Welcome basket for my grandson, help with printing things, great recommendations and just generally warm and friendly.

Best hotel stay I have ever had at any hotel. Check in staff was amazing and the room was impeccable! The Red Sox memorabilia was awesome and spent time on the e balcony listening to the sound check for the concert at Fenway I was attending that night

Great hotel in the heart of Kenmore square!

Front Staff checking in needs to be more attentive rather than staring at their monitor. I waited five minutes before one noticed my existence in line. The staff did not even tell me my room number, just gave me the keys, not direct me to location of elevator. Waited 20 minutes before I had to call front Staff and inquire when the porter would bring up luggage.

Too noisy at night and no amenities in the room at all. No coffee no cups no toiletries nothing

If you are going to Fenway park do yourself a favor and stay here. The Fenway park suite is AWESOME. The staff is top notch.

The hotel is great, location is great as well. The property manager was very understanding for my schedule changes and was accommodating. However for the amount of money that you pay for I think they can improve and invest to include the amenities in the room such as a coffee maker or cups and glass for use. Also the housekeeping service is inconsistent I asked for it and they didn’t meet my expectation but when I didn’t ask for it they went ahead and interrupted my slumber to enter the room. The simple things but otherwise great hotel

Guest keys are required in the elevators, which was a good safety feature. The hotel is in walking distance of many things, as well as being very close to the subway station.

Going to a ballgame at Fenway? No problem, hotel commonwealth is right around the corner. Want to do some shopping on iconic Newbury St? No problem, it’s just a short walk from the hotel. How about accessibility to the T? No issues there, the Kemore station is directly under the hotel (green line). And don’t worry, you won’t even know it’s there! Plenty of good food options within a 1000 feet of the front door to include, burgers, pizza, and Indian food. Very great hotel and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
