Amazing ROI - while the property is slightly dated, and breakfast is simple coffee and bakery - you get a clean room, with very nice firm bed. You are out all day, just need to spend a night - why pay more?
Bunch of nice restaurants across the street as an added bonus.

We went to a concert and needed a place to stay for one night. It was ok, not bad. It was a dated but it worked for us.

It was almost 100 degrees in the room when we checked in. Got ready for dinner while sweating waiting for the room to cool down. Light above the sink was so dim my wife couldn’t even put her makeup on. Our frig stunk like unions. Foul smell. Middle of the night we had AC on but then all of a sudden at 2am the AC starting making loud sounds and stopped cooling and smelled like burned wires so we unplugged and opened the windows. When checking out I brought this up to the front desk lady and she hardly even recognized my concerns and just said thanks for letting us know.

The "to go" breakfast was not my cup of tea. I would recommend adding yogurt or something with protein in it.

Staff was great and very accommodating. The room was great and the pool area with Jacuzzi, was just what we needed after a long roadtrip around north California. I can for sure recommend the hotel again.

I had the disability room and I didn't like how it was all the way back in the corner of the property by the street and a wall which made me feel really unsafe at night. I like to be aware of my surroundings and the wall space was a great place for someone to hide or peek into my room because the curtains didn't close all the way. Overall the room was really nice with the separated bedroom and 2 TVs and the roll in shower.

Clean basic room but nice to look out into courtyard with trees rather than parking lot like some of the other properties in the area. Fridge and microwave are convenient and the location close to Cal Poly (3 min Drive) can’t be beat.

This hotel has a nice pool, spa, and friendly staff. I was there on a Wednesday and asked if I could book the following Saturday to stay there on my return trip and they said no because they only book 2-night stays on Saturday. Other than that it was Fabulous.

Clean comfortable room. Staff was very nice. We had a very late checking and it was smooth and easy. There was no hand soap in the bathroom sink. There was a window with just mini blinds so the room was not as dark as hotel rooms usually are. But overall it was a good experience

The staffs are nice and they did their job well. The place is clean and quiet and accessible to the restaurants and shopping centers, then freeway is just right there one turn away.

It was absolutely disgusting, doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Woke up with little tiny bugs all over me that were all over the bed and in the room. There was mold all over the ceiling. Dark yellow stains all over our bed. Dirt on the curtains, our bathroom door wouldn’t even lock. A motel 6 would’ve been better than staying in the most dirty hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Definitely a 0/5 stars

Hotel staff was very nice and the property is in a quiet area of town. The pool and hot tub was under maintenance during our stay but this should be shown on the listing.

I found the room to be very clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable. The check-in was good (kind of okay) Unfortunately the WIFI password was incorrect on the key card. I verified with the front desk without a positive result. Upon check-out the next day the password on my key card was incorrect. (spring2050 should have been summer2050) Internet would have been nice, but in the end, it kind of didn't matter. A nice stay regardless.

Was a good visit. The room was ok. Although you can hear the kids running and being loud. Nothing the place can control. The bathroom was small. Beds were cozy! Comfy place to sleep and go about your day.

Breakfast was only prepackaged items like muffins, scones, and oranges. It did have a nice pool and a hot jacuzzi. Plenty of beaches and restaurants are nearby.
