Quite, AC worked well.

Older facility. No breakfast. VERY basic room. Dim lighting. Main desk lamp was broken. Mold growing on bathroom window.

Noisy neighbors and paper thin walls. And... the place was virtually empty, so why put people right next to each other, especially if one is noisy and staying up until 2am ?!

i didn’t even stay! horrible room, bathroom, and bed didn’t even fit the frame. also the manager charged my card immediately, not the next day. we left!

There was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the rooms. the front desk had none. the electrical outlets were old and worn out and would not hold a cube or charger. the beds were uneven and felt very flimsy.

The lady at the front desk was SO sweet! Omg she was adorable, nice and super accommodating. She was the best!

I liked it was in town. Lots of things near by. Felt like a safe area to sleep.

There's no USB ports to charge your devices.

Really can't beat the location, and therefore, the bang for your buck for this hotel. It's right there on the strip of hotels on Monterrey St., an easy 10-15 minute walk from downtown. And because it's not right there in down town, it's isn't overtly pricey. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The only knock on the place is that the walls (at least in our room) were a bit thin. The first night we were there, the room above us was at capacity and it felt like we were sleeping under a circus. They weren't being particularly loud or throwing a party, you could just hear every step they took and the occasional murmuring. Later in our stay a couple stayed above us and it was still noticeably loud. This wouldn't be a deal breaker, though.

The rooms are loud. Cleaning ladies son running up and down the top floor. Opening doors to rooms while we in the room. Also the man next door literally sat on a chair outside the door and smoked. He was literally smoking in the room and our room.
