When we arrived to check in the girl at the front desk was not too friendly. When we got our room, it was good, but I expected better from the pictures. The room was clean though. The toilet seat was loose on one side and the left side of the towel rack was loose. There is also no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it gets hot in there after you take a shower. The beds were comfortable though.

Great! The food at breakfast was mist delicious. The pool , is why i go rocked but a little dirty. A great temperature in the water, hopefully will stay comfortable aa it cools off. Had a nice time. 1 oops was the freezer has to be thawed out so i used all my towels and defrosted it myself so i could store my drinks in it. That part actually , not good.

Dirty rooms. Housekeeping wont come unless you ask and then they throw all there wet linens on youre clean clothes

Not good. Had to ask to have room cleaned then they left all old wet towels on my clean clothes.Ladies on first night check in wete not very friendly

Our experience at La Posada is always amazing when we come to Tucson. It’s a beautiful property with great amenities and wonderful customer service!

I wasn't aware that there was going to be a resort fee that covered the cost of breakfast. If I had known that I probably would have stayed somewhere else and bought a better breakfast instead of having the "buffet." Loved the place other than that.

Brett was so amazing and accommodating. We can’t wait to visit again

Old run down, sewer smell in rooms. Dirty pool, terrible restaurant.

Booked my reservation and upon check in was put under the wrong name even though I handed her my ID, made me come back to the office multiple times, stated I do not owe any remaining fees to continue to charge my card left & right since checking out probably because my information is under not ONE but TWO rooms now. Currently in the process of disputing everything after being assured I would be reimbursed for the inconvenience and lack of due diligence of the receptionist

There was roaches and flys in the room The room smelled as well The air conditioning made noise and didn’t cool off the room We stayed in a casita When brought to the attention the guy at the desk did nothing his name was Joshua Further more we were told that the manager would contact us and they still haven’t. I would never recommend this place

The Casita was very comfortable. I want to thank Brett so much for his hospitality. He was great. We definitely will be returning.

The place was clean and comfortable—a bit on the older side but a very comfortable and friendly experience.

Staff was great!! Amenities were also great but the property needs updating and better cleaning. My Grandmother got bit from what looks like bed bug bites. Overall ok stay for the price but definitely not going back until upgraded.

I loved this place. It is a little older and the room has the feel of staying in a pool house. The food at the restaurant and breakfast was excellent and the pool was great!

Property is dated. Rooms need to be updated. Breakfast was not great. Location is great and views are amazing!

The quality of the hotel absolutely did not justify Brett’s rudeness. Previous to leaving I called to confirm my reservation and was rushed off the phone then hung up on. Called back to change the days and same. Mind I only had until 4 and it was 3:30. Called back to cancel and was hung up on, put on hold without getting a word in edgewise, and finally got ahold of him again (same guy this whole time) just for him to say ok it’s cancelled and hang up on me yet again. Unfortunately, looks are deceiving and I thought I really wanted this place so I made a new reservation with the right days hoping I wouldn’t have to see him. Lo and behold, he was there when I checked in. Went to the room, couldn’t find the light switches right away and turns out one is Behind the door (not sure who’s idea that was). Turn on the shower to scare a silverfish bug who was on the tile. Flies in the room the whole time. Tile and grout was stained and dirty. The curtains were ripped and the screen was ripped. Next time I’m staying at a Best Western. This was absolutely Horrible.

The room was not safe. Sliding glass door did not lock and main room door did not have any additional door locks. Not some place I’d recommend or stay again

Great curb appeal. Feels secluded. Great design and set up of rooms. Old feel with modern comforts.

Our second stay at this hotel and we intend to continue to stay every time we go to Tucson.

Loved the casita room. Very private & roomy. Comfortable bed but the pillows were awful, smaller than a standard size pillow & lumpy. The free breakfast was 50/50. Cold eggs & over cooked sausage but the bacon & potatoes were excellent. Super friendly staff. Lovely pool area but the water was cloudy.

The property was clean and had plenty of parking space. Staff was friendly. I will stay here again on my next trip.

property needs a lot of repair/upgrade. A/C in room did not work well. (cool by the unit and hot in the rest of the room) Our room was not ready at time of check-in. Phone between pool and bar did not work and the staff seemed pretty unconcerned about that. (but they still charge a resort fee)?? What part of this hotel is a resort?

The property was very clean and neat, somewhat dated. What I didn't appreciate was the fact I wasn't told there would be a $50 hold placed on my guest (as I treated my friend to the nights stay) as well as a $21.00 fee for parking and breakfast. My friend had to shell out money when I had "treated" her to the stay. She wasn't provided a receipt for the $50 and was told it could take up to 10 days for her refund to show up. It was a bit embarrassing for me to find this out. Also - I requested stay insurance but there was only 1 guest not 2. The reservation area would not let me change it so I was charged an extra $4.50 for nothing.

I loved the courtyard and room entrances. It made me feellike an apartment or resort.

Has a comfortable stay and great breakfast and awesome Bartender in the evening as always he made the stay, love seeing him and trying his new drinks.
