Hospitality and food was amazing. Room was very, very average.

Great food
Service was top-notch
Room was super clean and quiet
Bed was comfy (bed, not pillows)
Sheets were fantastic

No washcloths in the room
No place to hang towels
No coffee maker in the room
Pillows SUCKED!
Room was very small
No nightlights or otherwise to get to the bathroom at night without turning on very bright, LED lights that light up the whole room
Flooring is separating and coming apart
No bathroom space
Really bad WiFi

Their service is excellent and their staff is very friendly. The pricing per night is great and in centrally located to the Zona Rio Turist area.

Place was very elegant and staff are always smiling and very willing to help out on any questions or needs you may have. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The terrace was so beautiful and the top floor with gym and jacuzzi and sauna was the cherry on top.

There was construction outside but you couldn’t tell. Excellent place, super clean and excellent.

It was a staycation (almost) as we just drove down from San Diego for the Labor Day Vacation. EVERYTHING in the room, the gym and jacuzzi on the deck were brand new! Best sauna I've ever been in EVER! Service was impeccable. The neighborhood was so so, but then Tijuana is not known as the most romantic city in this hemisphere. We were close to CECUT, the cultural center and they were celebrating with folk dancing and food stalls. Getting back to USA on Labor Day was a -5 stars but the, hotel was marvelous. Food was good but dining room very plain and I'm not a fan of plastic plants.

Ac would not cool down the room, room was very nice and clean. Staff was amazing! Breakfast buffet is delicious! But we had to call about 3 times because the AC would not work properly.

We have stayed here multiple times and we will be returning. Check in is easy. No hidden fees parking is secure. Rooms are clean and their showers are the best.

The hotel is impeccably clean, and the parking is secure. However, the reception staff seemed unwilling to provide information. When we requested the restaurant room service menu, they declined to assist.
We use a jacuzzi and sauna, which are spotless and well-maintained.

Everything was Great, Service, cleanliness , outstanding staff and front desk.only thing I found lacking was the pillows , this are the most uncomfortable pillows ever. Secured parking a plus ohh and the food not bad.

The hotel was easily accessible once entering tijuana it took about 5 minutes once crossing. The hotel is a bit hidden but no issue with that as once you arrive the parking and check in was a breeze. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here on my next visit.
