Loved our stay here for the 2nd time. Staff are very friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Location is right across from the main train station and close to the main bus terminal. Would stay here again and again!

Great hotel. Perfect place to stay in Florence. Close to the train station and an easy walk to all of the sights. Quite attractive street with multiple dining options within a short walk. The hotel is well kept and has an upgraded feel. The decor is bright and definitely has Italian flair. The staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was great at a fair price offering both hot and cold options and for coffee drinkers cafe americano and cappuccino. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel previously when visiting Florence. It is very close to the railway station if you are travelling to other areas in Italy. Easy to walk to all the city locations. The staff are excellent at the hotel.

We really enjoyed staying here. The property is convenient to everything - transportation, restaurants and attractions. The staff is kind. Having the option to have breakfast at the hotel was nice. It was our favorite place that we stayed at during our trip.

The location was nice. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was big enough for the two of us and the bathroom was roomy. The AC worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel has an excellent location-easily walkable to all sights! The staff was super accommodating and stores our bags both before and after our stay! The room was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean! The bathroom was tidy and full of soft towels and great smelling shampoo!

This was our favorite property during our entire Italy stay. The hotel was just a 5 minute walk from the train station and was close to all of the main places you would want to see within walking distance. Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful, luxurious bathroom.

Easy walk from the Train station. Greeted immediately upon arrival. Gorgeous interior. Clean rooms with small refrigerator and complimentary wine, electric kettle, and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic 😋

We had a fantastic stay! We stayed here for a few nights while traveling across Europe and could not have asked for a better experience. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely fancy. The location is great - it’s close to the train station and the local market. And most of all, the staff were super friendly and created an amazing experience. Stay here when you’re in Firenze!

WiFi and breakfast were great, plenty of beds for us and our kids, and we were able to walk to the train station. The tram is really close too if you need to get to or from the airport

Overall it was a good stay. The staff were not warm, but they're polite and do greet you when you come in/go. The room was in good condition, the tv can connect to netflix. The breakfast was great, and the lady who's looking after breakfast was very friendly too. It's almost comparable to some of the 4-star hotels we have stayed at. We enjoyed our stay.

Since the room was face to the station and tramway, it was noisy at night. I requested to change and they gave me one the other side, but it was old. So I chose the first one. The breakfast was very nice.

Room was dark with no natural light. When we booked on Hotels.com it stated each stay came with s welcome bottle of wine. No one at the hotel seemed to know anything about that. The hotel description stated the hotel is located on a quiet pedestrian walkway. While we we there, we heard jack hammers right outside the hotel entrance. You could only walk single file along the “pedestrian walkway.” It was very noisy and not at all as described. Paying about 500 Euros for two nights was outrageous given the conditions.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast was the best we had on our 4 week trip they had a good selection. As we took the highspeed rail to Florence it was a short walk to the hotel and then a short walk to the restaurants and other sights.
