Just wonderfull, outstanding location and service

Tolles Hotel mit super Service in top Lage.

Been here now almost yearly for at least five years if not longer and have experienced the change of management over those years and the ups and downs of service. This go-around we were quite happy with the service and the location remains a treat it this is what you are looking for. We come for the great breakfasts and the pool as well as beachfront property. Our son loves the pool area and I like the gym, which over the years remains positively up-to-date. We actually never go to dinner at any of the hotel's restaurants as they are outrageously overpriced and mediocre. We just jump in the car or walk to other restaurants. They quality isn't top-notch but it's food and the price is better for what you get. We've also had issues with staff in the past but again, this time around, everyone was a nice as could be and from check-in to check-out we were impressed with the quality. We know how bad it could be as we've seen in years past so worked out well this time. I just hope they hold the level of service they have now and continue to keep the property up to date. One gripe which many others have had is the lack of electrical outlets in the rooms but this is probably more an issue with the building than the hotel not updating. You can find outlets but more would be nice and some direct USB plugs even better.

best sauna and haman I have ever used. loved the Molli train where the hotel had it's own stop. hotel area was gorgeous.

Great stay, awesome space, food was good and the spa area was small but good. We had our dog with us and the service was vry very good. We will come back.

Relax weekends are needed to reduce the stress of the daily business and this hotel and all it's facilities is a perfect environment to reset yourself and enjoy the atmosphere. Very nice staff and superb level of service.

The best hotel I've ever been to. Perfect facility and impressive service. Nice placing at the east-coast and the most fantastic breakfast!!!! I can recommend this hotel to every person who is looking for a high standard hotel

A great relaxing experience with a fantastic restaurant and bar

The bedroom overlooking the ocean was a good size (even if the view was partly obscured), the private facilities were first class. The main dining room was excellent for dinner, and our second night we ate in the gourmet restaurant. The fitness centre is huge and extremely well cared for. criticisms (1) the table next to us on the first night had 2 small girls who, perhaps through boredom, jumped up and down and yelled throughout most of our meal. (2) We ate in the expensive restaurant next door and making a reservation early, we were shown to a centre table with another persons name on the reserved card. (3) the gentleman at the next table took a flash photograph of EVERYTHING placed on his table - the bread, the butter, the wine glass, the label on the wine bottle, the wine IN the wine glass. My Aussie sarcasm about being on a ship coming into port with the lighthouse signal hitting us every few minutes seemed to go over the head of the waiter. The oh, sorry for the inconvenience comment rang rather hollow, especially as the meal cost over (cant say!!) for 2 people. (5) If I return, I will make sure it is midweek hoping not to get crowded out of the spa by screaming little children - themselves or their fathers - thinking it great fun to splash everywhere and consequently, everyone. But, hey, I WOULD return, the hotel is really very lovely.

Wonderful hotel and spa. Magnificently restored and refurbished buildings located along the baltic coast. Rooms were spacious and luxurious with either park or sea view. Marble bathrooms with loads of soft towels, robes and plenty of lotions and potions! Spa included large indoor pool, jacuzzi, various saunas (including Finnish), Hammam and even an ice room for the brave! Again plenty of towels, robes, slippers, toiletries. Food was excellent with vast selection of internatiional wines. Breakfast buffet style with wide choice of European and American foods. Service first class with polite unobtrusive staff who all spoke perfect English! Mostly very polite German and Scandinavian guests. We appeared to be the only Brits - maybe this wonderful hotel is a well kept secret! Expensive but worth it!!
