Air conditioning not effective. Thermostat did not work well. We spoke to front desk but unable to fix. Otherwise room was OK

Nice hotel with great view of the city. Unfortunately the hotel is in the middle of some building works which meant some of the facilities were not available e.g Gym. Not sure if it was connected by the windows were a bit grubby and there were some marks on the carpet. Minor things just, beds were comfy and breakfast great.

Friendly staff, great location for Eurostar and spacious room. Definitely needs to be updated. Everything in the room looks so dated and worn. No coffee machine, just a kettle with a few sachets of instant coffee and tea, plus 2 tiny bottles of water. Only 1 dressing gown and 1 pair of slippers for 2:people. The worse thing is the shower drain as the water does not flow quickly down it and fills the bath up. Doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel!

Excellent location for the Eurostar, but we found it difficult to navigate to the front door. Better instructions would be helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Lille Euralille. The concierge was amazing and took the time to give us personalised recommendations which were excellent!

Great location just opposite Lille Europe train station and a short walk from Lille Flanders and the shops and restaurants. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine.

Great location and makes Eurostar and Lille easy to access. No noise from trains or road. Service was excellent at the hotel and breakfast of a high standard with a huge choice. The interior of rooms was a little worn but massive king size bed compensated. Could do with some more hangers in the wardrobe.

Good hotel next to Lille Europe station

Nice hotel, more expensive than some other options but none more convenient for traveling on the Eurostar or picking up/dropping off a rental car near the station. Price included an outstanding breakfast buffet and staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful.

We were delighted with the hotel. It was right by station,airy , very clean , rooms large and comfortable, bath large , bed very good . Reception very good especially evening person who went to considerable trouble to help us with our restaurant request- tall man with a lot of nice hair my wife says! Barman friendly and pleasant also. A very good visit. Recommend highly.

The hotel is excellently located opposite the main train station where the Eurostar arrived. The area was very quiet and also within walking distance to pretty much everything we needed to see so we walked everywhere and never needed public transport. The lobby of the hotel was pretty and welcoming.The people at reception are wonderful and friendly. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The location is ideal in relation to Gare Lille Europe however, there is no parking and the options provided are quite expensive or not ideal for a single woman as the parking is located in very dark underground parking lots that are extremely small

Great experience, easy to access via eurostar, great connectivity and friendly and supportive staff. Had some issues with paymwnts and helped fix them

The bar tenders seem reluctant to provide any service. One flat out refused to take any food order. The restaurant only opens at 7pm and usually has no staff in it anyway. Next option is to walk to the nearby Westfield mall for a Burger King. The free bottles of water are nice but only are provided once. We did ask for some more because the air was so dry and they gave us 3 bottles each so that was great. Breakfast is okay and buffet style. Bed was comfortable. Location is convenient for the train but the surroundings are rubbish. Also note that Ubers will not stop at this hotel and instead stop down the road outside the Novotel.

Spacious room, shower area awesome, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many choices, eggs, bacon, Toast, etc. $16 euros. We liked that the train station was directly across the street. Walking distance to attractions. Major mall 5 min walk.

A good choice for an overnight stop between trains to and from Lille Europe.

Our room was simple and comfortable. The bathroom was large with a deep tub and separate toilet room. My only concern is that the interior lock was broken which did not allow for added security.
