Lovely hotel in great location

Lovely large 'suite' rooms and balconies, in low rise white buildings. Beautiful grounds and immaculately clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated between the marina and town, with its bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as just a few minutes walk from the lovely promenade walkway, which stretches several miles in each direction. A small supermarket is minutes away. The hotel restaurant was always well stocked with a varied buffet, and had inside and terrace seating. Unfortunately the poolside area has limited sunbeds, which creates a problem when selfish guests occupy them with towels before breakfast! The hotel guest relations did their best to solve the problem with various ploys. However, the beach is only minutes away, and when we wanted to relax we rented a sunbed for 4 euros a day and enjoyed the magnificent view of the water across to the islands, with a nearby bar offering drinks and snacks. Altogether a very enjoyable holiday.

Great adults only hotel. Food and drinks options are tasty, lots of variety and reasonably priced.selling point of this place are the staff, all were kind and attentive and ensured we were looked after well.

Wonderful customer service! The staff were very kind and friendly!!! We took our little furbaby, but the only thing we didn't like is that we couldn't eat in the open area restaurants because of our small furbaby! Which I find it a little bit ridiculous!

Availability of sunbeds was extremely frustrating. The hotel was busy and there was not sufficient beds or sun brollies for the amount of people staying at the property. In order to get a sunbed it was necessary to get to the pool by 0830 latest every day of the holiday. This caused annoyance and would stop me from booking to stay at this hotel again.

Location great for beach and marina. A boutique style hotel. Rooms spacious, plenty of storage, good size fridge and air con worked well. Nespresso capsules not topped up and my husband had to request more. Room a little tired in places, mainly bathroom and paintwork. Despite overlooking a road the noise was minimal with the doors shut. Pool area was busy, had to put towels on by 9am but not allowed to leave loungers for 2 long as towels wld be removed. Very comfortable lounger mats. We were on half board and food for breakfast and evening meal was very good. Had vegetarian options. Desserts were delicious. Reception very helpful, printed relevant travel forms. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy next door offering €25 antigen test. We had already booked ours through a canarian company who were excellent costing €30. All in all a very pleasant relaxing three day stay. A bottle of cava in our room was a nice surprise on my husbands birthday .

Just had a fabulous week at White Suites, lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. Good location for both the marina and Playa Blanca. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. Will definitely return.

Nothing to not like,absolutely brilliant,food ,entertaimment,staff all excellent,perfect holiday for my group which was 4 women in our 50s,realax all day round pool laughing,then choice of 3 bars with different entertainment in each for evenings,all within hotel grounds,we didnt go outside of hotel for 5 days,next year will be our 3rd stay and certainly not our last

Lovely place, rooms are spacious. Well equipped & clean. Entertaining is engaging & something is on every night. Menu suited me well enough but not enough imagination or choice for you vegetarian wife.

Excellent food, and fantastic bar menu as part of the all inclusive. Great location in Playa Blanca

The only facility I did not like sunbeds to close together an option would be to have 2 sunbeds at ea h appointment

Very lovely accommodation and probably the best selection of all inclusive drinks, Tanqueray, Fever tree tonic etc.. very impressive. All the staff were very friendly. Loved the UK tv channels, nice touch to watch Strictly before dinner, ha ha. Loved the sun loungers and the no reserving policy. Food very good lots of choice, and the evening entertainment was really good too, but you are not too far from the marina if you fancy a stroll out. Loving the adults only, its our first time but definitely not our last.

It's totes bliss! Staff so nice, gardens and pool beautiful, food scrummy, 5 mins walk to dorado beach..

The floor in the bathroom was parcially slanted away from the drain. Thus it flooded after the shower. Your feet gets wet when u use the toilets. Also water sitting by the loo stinks the room as there was no other vent. The dishes and folks we dirty with bits stuck on them.

We liked the overall design and appearance of the hotel. It was very clean and the decor is nice. We loved the chicken wings at the snack bar and ordered plenty of these all day every day. The cocktails were nice and it was nice to have them in actual glasses instead of plastic cups that you might find in other All Inclusive hotels. It was surprising to have popular branded spirits too so this was a nice touch. I would say the only things that we didn’t like and this is just our personal preference as a couple was the food in the restaurant some evenings wasn’t to our taste as we love to over season our food but regardless we still found something to eat each night. However, I will say that the food on romance night was very pleasant. They cooked us steak and lamb chops on the fresh cooking station and made up a lovely designed plate, companied by a bottle of rosé wine (which we loved was included too) I don’t think this is too much of a bother though, the hotel tries to accommodate for everyone and not everything will meet everyone’s preferences. I would recommend this hotel though it’s clean, welcoming and very cosy!

I would definitely recommend this hotel; its one of the best I have ever stayed in and I cant wait to go back. We stayed all inclusive and would opt for this again; high quality food and drink; super friendly and pleasant staff and lovely hotel, pool and grounds.

We love White Suites and have stayed here on four previous occasions. It is an oasis of peace and calm and not too big. We will be back again soon.

My wife and I stayed for a week during April-2018. In summary, our trip was OK. If the owners spend some money refurbishing the hotel, a lot of the negatives below would be dealt with. Positives: Attentive staff, plenty of sunbeds for all guests, decent breakfast options, equidistant from the marina and promenade for restaurants (both walking distance), close to playa blanca (a relatively nice, sandy beach), adults only (strictly no children), rooms tidied daily to a good standard. Negatives: In need of refurbishment (the whiteness of the hotel exacerbates the chips, knocks and mould as it is easier to see), room smelled of damp (air ventilation didn't appear to work), old / ineffective room air conditioning (hotter inside than out), uncomfortable lumpy bed (I believe the springs were broken), scheduled activities need to be more frequent (in line with other Sentido hotels we've stayed in)

Staff could not have beeb more helpful and friendly, excellent eating arrangements and choice, very close to beautiful beach, close to marina - lots going on all within walking distance. Will certainly be back.

Unfortunately the main swimming pool was being refurbished during our stay. However all the staff worked hard to give us a good holiday. We are looking to go back again in the late summer. All round comfortable hotel with a boutique feel.

Lovely small hotel, great spacious rooms - each with a patio or balcony. We asked for a room away from the road that runs down one side of the hotel, and room 147 was quiet and away from the road. Something to note though, the low rise blocks of rooms are staggered resulting in shading - which meant we didn't get any sun till 2ish. This early in the year it's too cool to sit outside without the sun most days. Staff all lovely and smiley! Food extremely good, good choices and a wide range of diets catered for.

This is a very classy hotel in every respect. Rooms very good, excellent food quality, staff caring and very classy entertainment in the evening. The one downside was the restaurant layout. When we were there it was very windy in Playa Blanca. The restaurant in the main was very cold in a large section. The problem is that the restaurant is laid out in two sections, an indoor room and a linked part of the same restaurant which is open to the elements and wind drifts in to the whole restaurants. Ironically there were very few diners in the cold area but you could not persuade the restaurant managers to see the folly of the situation.

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff and the food is delicious. Great surroundings, the room is lovely but the bathroom is very small & needs some attention updating-The pool is very cold & the sunbeds can't be reserved, if you are not actually sitting on the sunbed then the pool attendant removes the towel before a certain time. You are informed of the no sunbed rule when you check in. On a plus side the hotel is very clean, delicious food & the Arabian tent with the V-DJ is great!

2nd visit to this little hotel and could not ask for more. They even gave us same room and couple of bottles of wine on the house. Rooms layouts are spacious, two tv's for those who like that sort of thing with BBC and itv channels. Pool area is nice a relaxing and quite. Plenty of sun beds and no reserving them otherwise you have to do the walk of shame to reception to collect your towels. Food is plentiful and always something you can find to eat. Pool bar menu is limited but fresh. We went half board the second time as we liked eating out in the marina and town where there are some lovely restaurants. All guests who we spoke to loved the place. Staff very friendly though always busy. Try for yourself and let me know.

Very good for couples , the buffet food better than on P&O cruises with as much as you want . Great service and attention by staff very close to beach, perfectly placed for local facilities and opposite a small supermarket .

My husband and I chose to come back to this hotel after enjoying our stay so much last year and once again we were not disappointed. The hotel is in an excellent location for shops (not tons but enough) and restaurants in both directions and the HiperDino mini supermarket across the road if you rather buy snacks there than the hotel. The food at this hotel has been lovely (b&b) with lots of breakfast choices. We ate lunch a few times and food was fresh and tasty and really reasonable. One of the other things I liked was the no reserving sunbeds, which the lifeguards do enforce, which is fair. If you are looking for a beautiful chilled out holiday experience this is the place to go.

Friendly helpful staff. Good service. Good rooms and facilities. All in good order. Slightly let down when they closed the gym to work on it. But all in all would go back there

I stayed for 10 nights over the Easter holidays on an All Inclusive basis, really enjoyed our stay, very peaceful as the hotel is adult only. Good variety and quality of food and drinks in the restaurant and bars. The staff are excellent, very prompt and friendly service. The rooms are all suits with an outside balcony, the bed was a king size and very comfortable, the rooms are spacious with all the usual amenities. The hotel has two medium size swimming pools one of which is heated, however the unheated pool was freezing and the heated pool cold. Not heating pools may be fine in August but not in April, not been able to enjoy the pools was disappointing. The poolside bar provides evening entertainment from 9.30pm - 10.30pm most of which was excellent and provided a fun environment in the evening. The hotel is ideally located, 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and all the bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend, I would only suggest that the hotel heats both pools adequately for the cooler spring season.

My husband and I spent a week at this hotel at the end of February 2017 and had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Our suite was modern, clean, quiet and spacious. It had a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and private terrace. The suites are located in attractive grounds which contain small gardens, 2 swimming pools, a restaurant and 3 bars - one indoor, one poolside and one in an Arabian tent. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast buffet was extensive. A chef cooked food fresh e.g. eggs, bacon, pancakes, if requested. We had one evening meal in the restaurant on "Romantic Night" and the choice of food was excellent and worth €25 per person. A comprehensive programme of activities such as yoga, archery, rifle shooting, was organised each day, although we were too busy to participate. In the evening, a variety of entertainment was provided but I can not comment on its quality, as we spent most of our evenings at the seafront restaurants. We didn't use the gym or spa facilities either. The sea and the lovely 6-mile promenade are only 5 minutes' walk away and the centre of Playa Blanca is about 15 minutes from the hotel. There is a handy supermarket opposite the hotel and a convenient bus/coach stop round the corner. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.
