I want a refund. I did not stay in the room with the bugs.

Everything was great, didn’t have a single problem.

Ok, but needs updating and renovations

This is an older building/facility. And, it's in a not so nice area of the city. There were sketchy people hanging around the parking lot (homeless?) and sketchy people staying there too! One crazy old man screamed obscenities at me from his doorway while I was loading my car. Also, I would have used the swimming pool, but other guest's were letting their large dog swim in it.

The pictures of the rooms look great. The upgrades of the room were nice. But the bathroom was awful. Urine on the walls, several burn marks all over the sink, and nasty stains in the shower. We chose to not shower here because it looks scary. We would stay here again if the bathrooms got a makeover as well

Staff was friendly. Room was in sub-par condition. Wreaked of cigarette smoke despite being designated a non-smoking room. There was a hole in the wall from the door handle being slammed into the wall at some point. Restroom was functional, but nothing nice there. Loud sounds all night from outside. Overall, the place needs to be remodelled to match the pleasant service.

The staff was very helpul and polite. The outside of the property was very dirty and there were beer boxes and trash on the ground. The door to the room was extremely difficult to open and I ended up not staying at this property. Again, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

There’s been some updates. It is a defiantly a used hotel. Felt safe, clean enough. For the price, I’d stay again

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the property is many years past a badly needed renovation. The room was very beat up and worn. The property exterior is badly worn and torn. The parking lot is like going off roading.

had to ask for do not disturb sign,no coffee pot,hair dryer,or clock. shower leaked so bad I stepped into puddle when done. 2 places in floor board had napkins plugging holes. They could not cancel reservation since it was made through expedia. occasionally worried about safety of my car. The lock to prevent entry was only half there

I have to say first, the staff was super friendly and helpful during my stay and through my troubles. I had to switch rooms in the beginning because my door lock ws loose an it made me feel unsafe. Next, my keycard died at least once a day while I stayed through the week the most was three times in a day. The Final straw was waking up next to a roach on my bed. The staff assured me that they would spray and clean while I was at work. Which to their credit it appeared to have been done. I would have changed hotels had I the resources to do so. I do not blame the staff for this, this is definitely a management issue in the poor standards.

Central location in the Yuma area and not far from the airport.

Outside was dirty, bathroom was old, no coffee maker in room had to go to McDonalds to get coffee about a block walk away. The lobby coffee makers were not working.

Room was not as pictured. Bathroom was falling apart. Sheets were stained and smelled funny. Saftey door latch was gone.

The appearance of the front door should be enough to scare anybody off! The room smelled of must and yes smoke for a non smoking room. The bed looked clean, and the sheets, but I sprayed anyway! If you like hard beds then you will sleep like a dream...I didn't. Wanted to use the pool at least, or the jacuzzi. Nothing doing , both closed or broken! Of course no refund or ANY type of small compensation. Awful.

I was here for extended stay;because of medical problems ;I requested late check out my last day. They wanted $35 to let me stay extra two hours. Yet the jacuzzi not working my entire visit ,doesn't merit a partial refund.there was a Big White Bus that picked up migrants early in morning right in front of my door waking me most mornings ,that detracted from my stay.

it said breakfast but the office door is always locked and have not seen any breakfast... rooms are descent good price staff I'd very nice and helpfull

Bad bathroom plug first nite caused inconvenice ;but was fixed next day; MT shampoo left as full ;but it's not easy to tell .Room could really use more light ;maybe a table lamp. pool & Jacuzzi ,Wonderful!

Much more attention could be use to the landscaping. Updates within the rooms could help too. Carpets need a good cleaning. It might be fine for a place to sleep but no coffee pot? What!

Shower was not working properly. Noisy during the night. in fact guns were fired not to far.

Room smelled of bleach. Shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months; black floors in shower, caulk peeling from shower. Microwave didn’t work, opened door and it gave off burnt smell that permeated the room. The transient population that lived there, well what can you say about that, and the neighboring room, guy had his bike roped off with cow bells and took up 3 spaces. Room was cleaned to the minimum, if you can call it that. Won’t stay there again.

It has a shower and comfortable bed. There is a microwave and small fridge. If you have work to do there is a roomy desk.

When I first drove up to the hotel there was sexual activity in the parking lot, loud music playing from everywhere, dogs barking, so many people everywhere. It was hard to find the office, then when I did find it there's only this sketchy window to check in. As I was checking in a homeless person walked up to stand behind me. The first room they gave me the key wouldn't open the door electronically. The second room the key unlocked the door but the latch was so rusty I had to FORCE it open. One on of my trips back to the office to get a working key I was walking past a room when three half dressed women and a man with just pants on burst out of their room. The room was gross! My shoes stuck to the hair covered bathroom floor, there were stains on the bedspread, mold all around and in the shower. The sink was cracked and moldy. Willing to take the loss I immediately started looking for a new hotel to stay in. There weren't any. I was trapped in filth for the night. I went to a local convenience store to buy blankets to sleep on and wrapped the pillows with my clothes (which I am contemplating burning). DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you need a room by the hour...

I did not stay, lost my money on this reservation. Did not feel safe. There were men all over the hotel. It looked like a Mexican refugee place. Cloths hanging over the railing, men sitting on all the stairwell. Everyone moving from one room to the other just hanging out. I just kept on driving. Loud music
