Family visit and thought this place was closest to our destination. Very comfort and convenient. Surrounded by shopping and restaurants although not in walking distance. Great value for price. Will definitely come back again

Very noisy doors slamming most of the night. Bath tub was dirty and damaged and there was a dark spot on the mattress protector that was visible through the top sheet, the size of a nickel. My wife suggested it was old blood.

Location was good for our purposes
and the hotel itself was nice, clean for the mist oart - some of the furniture was stained. The room we had was great for a family stay, two bedrooms, two baths and a kitchenette. We had stayed at the Staybridge in Toledo in that same type of room and it had different bedding which was actually better (a king instead of a queen, and two queens instead of fulls). But the water was hot, beds were comfy, plenty of towels, and the staff was pleasant.
On the negative side, the breakfast was just mediocre. Saving grace for the kids was the waffle maker.

Convenient, comfortable & reasonably priced place to stay for my golf the next day in Glencoe. Close to shopping and restaurants; I enjoyed dinner at the Yardhouse.

Everything is good but the only thing is that the door Handle was broke and there is fire alarm went on the whole house and everyone had to get out, but we cannot get out because handles broken so my son in law have to come n let us out if the room it was very scary they can’t fix till 3-5 day

The room we stayed in is showing its age. Although clean, there were stains on the couch. The decor looks 15 to 20 years old. Could use an updating.

Our experience was top notch. We had to modify our stay and they were great about it. The suite was more than i expected it to be. The room was very clean and free of smells, stains, ect. The variety of breakfast options were also a plus. Outside was quite and peaceful.

Property needs to be kept up a little better. My feet were filthy from walking around in my room. They need to do better at cleaning their carpets on a regular basis. There were also spiders and webs everywhere. For a hotel, they need to spray for bugs as well. I wish they had more options for air down restaurants close by. After a day in Chicago, it was nice to have a low key, quiet place to relax.

Family of 6 and a Dog. Stayed 9 nights. Great location was able to walk to nearby Metra. They have social hour M, T, W. We stayed in a 2bdrm/2 bthrm suite very spacious. Would like to see a furniture and electronics update.

This is a nice, safe place to stay with many local retail stores and restaurants nearby. There is an indoor pool for the kids to enjoy during your stay. The complimentary breakfast was convenient with several healthy options.

The room had a very unpleasant odor, and when we mentioned this issue, the housekeeper simply handed us a spray bottle. Additionally, we did not receive any housekeeping service on the second day. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was poor. We chose this hotel because of our previous positive experiences with Holiday Inn, but this location did not meet the usual standards. However, the front desk staff, particularly the morning attendant, was excellent, and the breakfast was great. There was also insufficient parking available for guests.

This is a GREAT hotel. We were staying for a week and wanted a place with a kitchenette. Our room here at the Staybridge exceeded all expectations - a separate bedroom, a full kitchen (stocked with the basics), and a living room. We thought we would have breakfast in our room, but a great hot breakfast was served every morning and in the evening Mon-Friday the hotel offers beer, wine and other beverages along with a substantial food offering (deli sandwiches, fajitas, hot dogs). We were able to do laundry in the free washers and dryers. There is a nice pool, a fitness center, and good places to walk outside, The staff is super friendly and the hotel is super clean. The bed is very comfortable and they even offered pillow choices! A great hotel all around!
