The front desk man was very hard to understand what he was saying. I did not get a receipt.

This is a single bed room that had a 2nd double bed added which left one bed next to the ac getting blown on all night and the other against the bathroom. You had to walk sideways to get in or just lay on the bed and roll in. Room smelled musty & smoky. Room was old & dirty with marks all over the walls. Towels were paper thin. The place was clean but the room had a musty smell. The AC wasn’t running properly.

This was a clean, quiet hotel, avarage size rooms. Continental breakfast. Convenient onsite laundry. Nice grounds.

Owner and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great TV options. Pool was very good.

It was neat and had all we needed for an overnight stay.

Extremely dirty. I found a hearing aid on the floor when I stepped on it. A lot of hair stuck to the shower wall. Room door was very hard to shut. For the price, I would look elsewhere.

Best value for the money I’ve spent in ages. No frills, but clean and friendly staff. Proximity to Mohegan Sun very convenient.

Great spot / great price

The room was clean but had a musty smell. Our window was directly across the stairwell and a facilities closet. This caused us to have a poor view of the outside aera.

For the price point no complaints

Very long check in, though it was just me. Clerk was on the computer for a long time (even though I had a reservation), and then had major errors in my info (my name, phone number, and my room number). He fixed it, but it made me wary of their entire system. Would my credit card be charged properly? I don't know. The man was nice, just quite old and incompetent.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, looks like it was recently renovated. The pool was open for our visit and very clean and great size! Would definitely come back!

Went up to see a Connecticut Sun game & Brad Paisley concert at Mohegan Sun. Didn't want to spend $500 a night. This was about a 10 minute ride to casino. Nice & clean. Friendly staff. Simple but perfect. About 10-15 minute ride to Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport & downtown Mystic. (Highly recommend Mystic Pizza then walk down to Mystic Drawbridge Ice Cream).

Quiet, Close to freeway

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed at. It’s perfect if you’re not looking for fancy. It has everything you need.

Staff was extremely helpful...the stay was nice and peaceful

Very nice an quiet property. Stayed for two nights with my boyfriend. Cleaning is on set. We decided to stay a little longer so they made posible a late check out for a small fee. The guy on the front dest was very nice and attentive. I woul recomend this hotel for everyone.

It was fine and served its purpose for the price. Does not have the finest amenities but is well kept for what it is.

We picked this place because it had an 8.0 rating and a very reasonable price. It was worth what we paid, but I don't know how they got thar rating. Positives: It was a good size and was clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower had adequate water pressure and hot water. Negatives: It was listed as having a 24/7 front desk, but it was locked when we checked out at 9:30 AM Sunday. There was no coffee maker in the room. The hotel's website said free coffee. There was coffee Saturday, but Sunday morning, the office was locked. It then opened briefly, but the coffee was from the day before and was cold. The room had a kitchenette, but it was mostly useless. It had two burners, a refrigerator, a sink, and a microwave. We were able to heat the day-old coffee in the microwave, but it tasted terrible. The refrigerator did not work. We did not try the burners, but there were no pots or pans or dishes or silverware. There were a few cabinets and a drawer, all empty. To be fair, it was not listed as having a kitchenette
