Great time

The front desk was very curtious and helpful. Our first room was good except the bathroom light was dark so I ask to switch rooms. The second room was much better except for stains all over the carpet. The phone wasn’t connected to the wall to use so I had to call the front desk with my cell phone. When I asked the front desk for an iron to use they said they would send one up but I never received it. Not your usual Holiday Inn.

Had a wonderful stay last night. All of the staff were fantastic ! Tried to order pizzAmore. They show up on google right across the street from shell. They are no longer located there, although the website allows you to order. We’re figuring it out with our cc company now, charge still pending., just letting you know it was incorrect and a bit inconvenient. Not the hotel's fault at all, just a locational issue. Went over to Mexicali Grill. They were fantastic and got us an order really quick.

Multiple stains on the carpets. Hidden fees with the rooms. Find another place to stay!

The front desk weren’t the friendliest. The breakfast was extra, not included. The tub didn’t hold water. And the carpet was stained in our room.

Very clean, safe area, friendly staff. I’m extremely picky on where I stay but will stay here again.

Dirty carpet, smelly room, tattered paint job, dated furnishings...overall run down and in desperate need of a renovation.

This was a very nice place to stay. The staff were pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We will stay again when in the area.

Sheets and bathroom need cleaned better.

The carpet was filthy. I had to call front desk 2 times on TV not working. They told me the internet was out. After much discussion they moved me to another room and the TV worked but the carpet was filthy. I would never stay there again and they would not compensate me for anything. Just move me

In all my years of traveling I've never forgotten something of value in the hotel room, but I left my Ipad last week when we left early in the morning to get on the road. When I discovered it hours later I called the hotel, Sheree at the desk went and found it in the room for me! :) She stowed it the office until I could send an overnight envelope for them to return it. within the week I had my Ipad back, thanks to some really great staff. Each one I talked to during our stay and while getting my Ipad back, were cheerful, accomodating and simply..super sweet. Thank you for your excellent service!!

The best thing about staying here is the breakfast staff. The husband and wife team that run the breakfast are lovely, hospitable, and provide fantastic food. If you're staying here, spend the extra $10 to start your day with breakfast!

Great stay! Pool was closed the whole time. Was looking forward to using it but it was one of those things. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Our stay was fine. One concern I had was that we never had room service for the 3 days that we were there. The housekeeping ladies service rooms all around us but never serviced our room. I expect to get clean towels each day at a minimum when I'm staying at any hotel. Another concern of mine was that at the checkout I was not given a paper receipt and was told that I would get an email receipt. I never received an email receipt. Additionally, a $50 temporary charge was put on my card and even though I checked out on Monday it was still on my bank records for several days. For this reason, I contacted my bank to find out what was going on. Ultimately the $50 charge was not processed. I find this practice concerning. I don't understand why the lady who was at the desk when I checked out could not provide me with a receipt at that time. I'm very uncomfortable not knowing that my account was closed out when I left your establishment

I was surprised by the fact that a Holiday Inn do not offer a complementary breakfast or better said they told me I have to pay $10.00 and the breakfast menu is not even consider a continental breakfast. I travel a great amount because my job, Holiday Inn is our first choice when traveling disappointed if the brand goes in that direction on something that meaningful for the customer that travels.

Wonderful hotel and staff. It is a bit worn down (scratches in hallways, stains on carpet a few places) but the location and staff made up for those little issues. Would stay again.

Place is amazing, downfall is the carpet bit dirty. Also my other complaint is there one day we stayed i think someone go inside our place eventho we put sign, we didn't lose anything but the key to the room.

The staff was great, but the property was dirty and out of date. We moved rooms twice before feeling comfortable. The first room had bugs in the sheets and the second room had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I was also charged twice, but as soon as I called they fixed it and issued me a refund of the double charge. The manager on staff that night was excellent and kindly moved us without hesitation and was very apologetic about the condition of the first two rooms.

Very welcoming,clean, updated.staff was great. Breakfast was outstanding.
