Very friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is clean and well maintained, but a bit outdated. Lovely view from room. Good skiing, a bit sleepy Village. Overall a very good experience.

We spent 4 days with the nicest family of hoteliers of a 19 day vacation. The owners are on site and care about everything. The welcome was wonderful. Although we didn't have a car the hotel has parking. A plus after having no parking at other hotels. The hotel is in an area of fantastic resorts. It is located just a short walk from the center of town and is quiet and beautiful. Everything about this hotel is top notch. The rooms were very nice and had everything you could want in a room.. Beautiful patios with views of the alps and all of the small things that you need and want. Beautiful robes and towels for the indoor pool. The day starts with a beautiful buffet of breakfast foods and treats. The entrance staff is well informed of all of the events happening in the area and they are all multilingual and attentive to everyone. The MR is omni present as is MRS. She runs the hotel and he runs the food and beverage and everything else that needs to be done. They were there on their day off because they seem to live there. Except for Sunday night they have a full restaurant every day. All of the serving staff at the restaurant are multilingual. We were there with German French English and Italian all at once and they move from one table to the next and speak and understand everyone. There is a beautiful patio that looks south to the range of mountains and Zermatt/The Matterhorn. The grounds are beautiful, as is so much of Switzerland. More than a hotel.

Love the hotels quick response to my last minute request in organizing my husbands birthday.

We spent two nights in a family suite. The location was very convenient to everything, and the staff went out of their way to answer our questions and help us coordinate our train schedule/plans. Special thanks to Solomon who was always so friendly and knowledgeable! We were also very pleasantly surprised with the onsite restaurant and enjoyed a delicious dinner on the outdoor terrace while soaking in the beautiful views. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend the Helvetia Intergolf

My party of 3 stayed at this hotel for one night during week before Christmas holidays on business. Room was clean, warm and came with a nice balcony which was too chilly to stay out but got to view a fabulous sun set. Staff was cheerful and quick to help with luggages. Breakfast was sumptuous, with myriad of choices from the buffet table. Restaurant area was sunny and bright. Many guests were arriving for skiing holidays but due to lack of snow, the town was not in that spirit yet.

Stayed in this hotel whilst on business. At first glance not what you might consider to be a business hotel but the staff and facilities were excellent. Would love to return for pleasure next time.
