One of the best hotels in Italy. For our anniversary trip, we toured Europe for 2 weeks, and the Park Hyatt Milan stands out from the rest. The staff and facility at the Park Hyatt Milano are exceptional. It's located in the heart of the chic Galleria and just next door to the famed Duomo. A short walk to all the fashionista shopping areas. But the room was beyond exceptional. Notably, the bedroom and bath area exude the ultra fashionable vibe that Milan is known for. They were stunning! The staff was incredible, treating us like royalty, literally walking us to recommended restaurants in the area. We were constantly greeted by their professional staff throughout our stay. And did I mention that "killer" bath area? Just can't commend them enough for a wonderful stay.

We just completed a two night stay at this hotel. Wow! What an incredible experience! The Park Hyatt Milan is now one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite (thanks Amex Platinum); the room is very spacious and stunning! Every staff member went above and beyond to be helpful and make our stay as special and memorable as possible. We were joyously greeted at all times and the staff made us feel like it was genuinely their pleasure to help us. We were so comfortable in our room and throughout the hotel. The hotel is centrally located right in the center of town. We absolutely loved this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. Bottom line - you are missing out on one of life's greatest pleasures if you do not stay here. We're looking forward to our return!

Amazing, outstanding and superb! What a beautiful place to stay whilst visiting Milan. It truly is a hidden gem, yes at a cost but you pay for the service, quality and incredible atmosphere. Thank you for everything. I shall be returning and sharing reviews.

We travelled to Milan from Toronto for a few days and decided to stay here. The Park Hyatt Milano exceeded our expectations in any area. Very clean, helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and the location close to the Galleria and city centre simply cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

Good service and good location but not great, very crowded area since it is close to the Duomo. We personally prefer the luxury shopping area (montanapleone) which is more relaxed and quiet compared to duomo area. Room is not nicely decorated (the wardrobe is inside the bathroom). Also, toilet is very outdated, reminds me of my university dorm! The corridors are dull and dark which feels like a dorm as well! Lobby area is however nice and fresh. But overall, good service and clean room, very welcoming (they put chocolate everyday in the room which is nice).

Amazing hotel! It’s very nice and modern, and the staff are absolutely amazing. The bar is great, as are their speciality cocktails. We didn’t eat at the hotel because VUN Andrea Aprea, their two-Michelin-Stars restaurant was closed for the week. The location of this hotel could not be better - right at the Duomo and Galleria, among other things. Our room as very nice and big with nice views. (And the bathroom was huge compared to most hotel standards) All in all, a great hotel that’s worthy of it’s 5 Star rating - we will be back!
