Loved sitting out on the patio during beautiful weather. Very clean place. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are made to look a lot more appealing in photos than in person. Front desk barely said hello when we were checking in. On our first morning, I woke up to the sound of running water. Went into the “kitchen” area and water was steadily flowing from the ceiling light right in the middle of the room. A huge puddle had already gathered on the ground. When I went to the front desk to ask for a new room they said “we’ll have to have maintenance look first.” Alright.. we go get breakfast, come back 2 hours later and stop by the desk. “Maintenance said the water was coming from the light. They have to go check the room above you to see if they can fix it. If they can’t, then we’ll move you to another room. But that would mean we have to upgrade you. We will take off the daily $50 resort fee for you.” So we go get our things for the day and head out. Dont make it back until 2 AM. They don’t move us. They don’t mention anything at checkout. And they still charge us the total $100 resort fee. Stay somewhere else.

We liked the location with regard to the Lake. We enjoyed the balcony with our room. Disliked the bathtub - difficult to get into and very slippery. Would have liked availability of a listing of TV stations.

Everything was so perfect! Condo was spacious and clean!!love the smell of the lake. Restaurants and shops were excellent!

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Our suite was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint is that the sofa pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable. The location made it very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of great shops and places to eat and drink. We look forward to staying there again.

I love The Cove, my son and I come to Lake Geneva at the end of every summer and usually other time throughout the year. We've stayed at The Cove at the end of August the last 2 years, we love the location and how it's walkable to so much. The suites are nice and this year we have one right by the pool, so the view especially in the evening was nice. The one negative I would say is the mattress on the bed was pretty uncomfortable, probably due for a replacement. Oh and we love the restaurant there in front of the resort however one of my favorites from last year was no longer on the menu so that was kind of a bummer. Still lots to choose from though!

Great location, easy parking, very clean and nice staff. The only issue was the lack of sound proofing between our ceiling and the room above.

We stay at the Cove regularly - have tried and liked all the suite sizes. We love the location and amenities.

Older property, thick carpet throughout, room a little warm AC circulation not great through out, bathroom air circulation not good, and no full length mirror in the entire unit.

Staff was great!!

First of all this place is huge and one can get lost just find the lobby from our room. There was a small stove/oven but no cooking pans or utensils so what the sense. The furniture is VERY out of date and in terrible shape and UNCOMFORTABLE however the bed was comfy. Apparently the new trend with these hotels is to not supply you with any daily needs like extra tissue. Overall it was ok stay if you don’t plan to sit and veg out in the room.

The Cove of Lake Geneva is in reasonably good condition. It’s also probably the best "bang for your buck", as almost every property in the Lake Geneva area is EXTREMELY overpriced. It’s a shame. I love the lake itself, but cannot bring myself to launch my boat on it, as it is VERY overcrowded. And there are no resorts where you can keep your boat in their marina because the wealthy Chicago families have it all booked up - forever. The resorts are not interested in new business. They only want to keep their "old money" customers.

The Cove was a perfect place to have our reunion of old college friends from 1976. Four of us women stayed comfortably in a suite together and had everything we needed to make it a pleasant and fun experience. The dining at attached restaurant was some of the best food in town. We'll stay here again, for sure!

Room looked a LOT BETTER on the website. Run down with old and stained cheap carpet Old cracked bathroom sink and the Coffee machine didn't work. The place needs a total update!!

We had a delightful stay at the Cove. The suite was clean, well-appointed and confortable for the 4 of us adult women on a girls get away. We were surprised there were only 3 chairs on the balcony. Here's 2 suggestions. We stayed in a unit located at entrance 3. We could have used a wheeled valet to bring our things up ,but apparently they are only located at the main entrance. Second, the main bath had grab bars by the toilet, but there were no grab bars to get in the shower with the large jacuzzi. Over all we were very pleased with our choice.

4 people stayed in a suite for four. There were no chairs in the room other than those at the kitchen table. We asked staff to bring a couple of chairs. No response

Tvs and furniture needs upgrade. Patio chairs have stains. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean

Pros: This property maintains cleanliness very well. The pool area and its bathrooms are kept clean. This hotel is a great place for a little family getaway. It's very convenient to stay in. It's a 7 min walk to Riviera Beach. No need to worry about finding parking. Everything is walking distance from this location. Cons: Front desk staff needs work on their customer service. They just simply don't look like they want to be there and don't care. I had to ask for room service multiple times during the day (virtual chat, via phone which no one answers, and going to the front desk x2), and ended up with no room service that day. Virtual assistance was inconsistent. They only respond on the first day you check in. Front desk tells you to call but no one answers. They just give you excuses rather than solutions. Overall this place is a great place to stay but they really need to work on their front desk customer service and communication. Their overall facial expressions says it all.

The Cove is a great place for a family getaway.

The door lock was broke. Our room was filled with marijuana smoke from the room below. The room above had kids jumping and making noice all day.

Perfect location. You can walk to the beach or uptown.

The place was great. No issues at all. The inside and outside pools were clean and hot tubs were great as well.

Been coming 20 years every summer. Love the Cove!!
