Rude front desk employee. Dirty rooms.
The room floor was extremely dirty (dirtiest room we stayed in out of the 5 hotels we stayed in for our italy holiday)
The older front desk staff on duty on the morning hours of Oct 30 was quite rude despite us being easy and very polite. He seemed automatically irritated with anything we inquired about. Its a Shame because EVERYONE in Sorrento was so kind and friendly, except the said front desk employee of this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and truly loved our visit. The hotel is in an excellent location, safe and walkable to all the main areas including the beach. ALL of the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The bedroom was a good size with patio comfortable for us to enjoy an evening drink on enjoying the view.
Our only complaint is the bed and pillows were ultra firm. Would be nice to at-least have softer pillows but all of our hotels through our Italy trip had this same issue so maybe it’s just a local thing. This would not prevent us from booking here again as it was a great hotel. Thank you the the staff for the excellent service!!

This is one of the most conveniently located hotels in the city center of Sorrento. Perfectly in the center without being noisy. The staff is very informative and helpful, the breakfast is amazing and Rocco was very nice. There are not many hotels in yen area that can accommodate a family of 4 and the rooms were very spacious without requiring two rooms. The pool area was very nice as well and relaxing. The one thing that the hotel did not have was a sea view but as we were only using the hotel to sleep and change , this was perfect for us. I recommend it highly.

Loved our 3-person family room - so much space and a great balcony. Hotel staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a perfect way to start the day - delicious, convenient and welcoming (thanks Rocco). Not oceanfront but a fantastic location - steps from Corso Italia without the chaos of being on it. Hope to be back!

I was fortunate enough to receive an early check-in (1:00). The room was pretty and receiving a bottle of spumante was a bonus!
The shower was strange in that the door opened inward. So it was awkward to manner into the shower that way. And the Blinds didn’t open
In the room so it was quite dark. It would have been nice to see out end of the view wasn’t nice.

The pool was in a lemon and orange grove which was a pleasant surprise. The bartenders at the pool were attentive and very funny! The grounds are beautiful, you feel like you are in a garden. Unfortunately, we slept through breakfast which we heard was great, but we were jet lagged when we stayed here!

We enjoyed the pool and garden area with pool bar. Due to a staff error we had to change rooms during our staff. The first room was quite outdated and gloomy looking but the garden room was much better.

We loved this hotel, wonderful staff, lovely room, great breakfast, gorgeous gardens and pool. only issue for room #104 is it is noisy, particularly if you have door or window open. We received a nice gesture of champagne upon arrival which may have been in anticipation of room location challenges. In the morning you can hear furniture moving above. But we were only here one night so was fine. We highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at a few hotels and B&Bs in Sorrento. By far, Antiche Mura Is my favorite place to stay. I no longer even look for other places when I'm in Sorrento. Everything always exceeds expectations.

Beautiful boutique hotel- large rooms, beautiful decor and very up to date plumbing. Classy and elegant. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, go out of their way to be helpful. The desk staff assisted us with directions and ideas, as well as assisting us with reservations.
We had a drink in the beautiful bar in the evenings before we went out- outstanding quality and service. Marco the bartender was excellent.
The breakfast was included in our rate and was wonderful- huge spread that included a wide variety of cakes and homemade marmalade in addition to the usual offerings.
Could not be a more convenient location.
