Hôtel room was very spacious which was great for a family of five and was clean. Didn’t see any where on site when booking that parking is now €17 in fact when I clicked about parking on hotels app it came up with a customers review saying great parking and free. The paying for parking would probably put me off staying again as with parking added made it similar price as Santa Fe.

Absolutely amazing stay!!!! We had a ball, the room was fabulous, great layout for us as 2 adults & 1 child. Pool is out of this world, you could have a holiday in this hotel alone nevermind visiting Disney! Free shuttle bus ran to the parks very frequently although we actually used bolt / Uber to get back at night (9 euro) as it was easier & faster. Check in was brilliant, Cyril on reception was amazing, gave us all the info we needed, chatted away while booking us in and gave us lots of advice. Great ambassador for Explorers. Food was good, we had breakfast each day off the buffet, there was enough choice for a good start to the day. We ate dinner in the resto on 1st night, again a buffet but I thought it was a bit overpriced for children, especially as our wee lady is a picky eater, perhaps an actual children's menu would be a better idea? We ate from the pizza resto thé 2nd night & it was lovely, not overpriced and pizzas were cooked fresh to order. All in all a fabulous stay and we'll definitely return!

The hotel facilities are brilliant for families, however, the pool had no lifeguard and kids were every where unattended. Kids coming flying out of the water slides knocking into other kids near by, dangerous! Breakfast is plain but comes free with the price so can’t complain in that respect. The room is small but has what is needed. The beds are awful, actually could cry with the back pain they’ve caused us as a family. The bunk beds were awful and kids kept complaining of it being so hard to sleep on. The fan made noises constantly like an alarm, but needed it on as the hotel doesn’t offer air con, windows are dangerous as they have no safety latch for kids. They open extremely wide and we were on the third floor with kids, so couldn’t leave it open. Shower very slow and powerless. Overall, if the rooms were to be upgraded and beds were comfortable then we would stay again as the hotel offers so much fun for families.

Whilst the prime facilities are well kept, they ARE open very late. IE: there can be noise from the park and pool until 11pm. In addition, the pool area would benefit from improved cleanliness. The room we stayed in had damaged wardrobes, one room light that did not work, and no drinks making facilities. Since we only needed the room for 1 night, we accepted it but a cuppa after Disneyland would have been a blessing! In addition, the included breakfast was not great quality - if we visit again, we will upgrade.

We have stayed here 4 times over the years but so many little changes has meant this will be the last time. You now have to pay €17 per day for parking which could easily be comped for genuine hotel guests. They are now charging for hot bfst options at €10 pppd, they have removed the mini fridges for goodness knows what reason? Additionally this is the first time we’ve stayed mid summer and there is NO air conditioning! This is madness and makes for an uncomfortable sleep for all. Nothing new has been added to ease in these new changes so it will be a big NO next time and we’ll go elsewhere.

No AC, no water refill station, no ice machine, extremely hot inside the room.

Great sized room but really really warm and no air conditioning, only a fan. Pool was great and also the shuttle buses to and from the park. Food alternatives could have been better (healthier) and the breakfast aswell. The personnel was really nice.

The pool & the soft play area are brilliant for kids. All amenities for kids there are very good.Shuffle to Disneyland was a plus.

Overall this is a great olace to stay for families. There are so many activities for the kids to do including the pool, outdoor playground, and acrade. There are three restaurants on site but not much for picky toddlers to eat. They can help you get tickets for Disneyland Paris which saves you some time. The room was a bit dirty as there were cobwebs on the ceiling and mold/mildew around the corners of the tub. They also seemed to have very little staff working at the front desk. Every time we went up there was 1 or 2 people workong to service about 10 families in line. So overall our stay was just okay. Would probably go again but not recommend to others.

The hotel is perfect for kids going to Disneyland, they can enjoy the waterpark and game center and free shuttle to Disneyland. Rooms are decorated nicely for kids. My kids loved the stay there!

The lack of air conditioning (I don’t remember seeing that on the website) and lack of window screens led to the entire family being covered in annoying bug bites. The food is overpriced and of poor quality, not to mention the lack of options for such a large hotel. This is very much a resort-style hotel, and there are no other options for food within walking distance; we felt at the hotel’s mercy for meals. The pool is so chlorinated that our eyes were burning within five minutes of being in the pool area. The outdoor play area’s rock wall was missing pieces and had protruding screws and bolts - every parent’s nightmare waiting to happen. The hotel is massive and strung out, so if you have much luggage, prepare for a workout. This may seem petty, but the arcade was very expensive and you couldn’t even win prizes; it was simply money lost for thirty seconds of play. You must pay for parking in the hotel parking lot as a guest (€17/day), something that we were unaware of prior to arrival. The one good thing about the hotel was the complimentary shuttle that takes guests to/from Disneyland.

So , I booked 2 rooms one for my family one for parents. Housekeepers are cleanings some rooms some no. 1 day they didn't empty the bin also no toilet paper and no new towers. My parents gets. No air condition. Inside the hotel everything is so expensive. Small pizza €14. They is nice aqua park , but in the rooms you don't have any. Balcony. You cant dry clothes or towels. We bought the room with breakfasts. I never seen before that poor breakfasts. Just break ham cheese and jam, also cornflakes. If uou wish to have beens or eggs you need to pay extra 9£ for adult. So how you need to know for what breakfasts you pay if on website is just breakfasts included when you pay. So honestly do not recommend.

Hotel stated they had air conditioning but they did not. Fan worked well and luckily it cooled off with window open. Very nice bathrooms. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Room attendant and night front desk extremely rude. Very convenient shuttle to Disneyland and train station.

Nice old hotel, well located near disney , the water park is the highlight. I think they should have air conditioning and to get more professional staff , I think Not enough staff .

Ideal for a trip to Disney. Hotel was a hit with the kids as they loved the swimming pool and arcade. Didn’t really sample much of the food but what we did was ok and staff were very friendly.

Water park was really good. Had problem with the cleansiness and it got resolved.

Fabulous hotel with everything you need to make your holiday at Disneyland Paris. We've stayed here before and would stay again, clean rooms and great facilities! My only suggestion would be for them to upgrade their air conditioning as very hot in the summer months.

My kids enjoyed the aqua pool and kids facilities. But the food was terrible at the hotel, both breakfast and lunch & dinner. Although I paid for continental breakfast (not the normal one). Some of the staff was friendly, but majority were not. Appreciated transfers to Disney. But would have loved to have early transfers from hotel to CDG. I had to take hotel transfer to Chessy.

Value for money package for Disney tourists to spend their time, with a fantastic shuttle. Enjoyed our stay and the waterpark was as much a highlight of the visit as some of the Disney attractions for our 9 YO. Only downside was that the nice breakfast came as an add on cost which was the fine print we missed while booking our “breakfast included” package. It was not bad value for money again but just an inconvenience to pay every morning of our 4 night stay- should be well advertised and allow guests the options to pay in advance.

The location is perfect, with lots of entertainment for kids. In question of room and quality of clean need to be review.

Family Rooms were a good size, with large double bed, and separate bunk-beds for kids that were well positioned to the side of room for quietness and slightly private. Facilities in Hotel were very good. Inside pool and slides were great, and so too was the outside Park. Buffett had good choice of options in morning and evenings. Although snacks & drinks were quite pricey. slight grumble was the limited number of Shuttle buses to/from the Park, which were always fully loaded due to the 5x partner hotels they serve.

The hotel looks beautiful with attractions for the kids, great alternative if you are not lodging at disneyland hotel. The reception staffs were great too. The main part was the breakfast option, there was this Chef called AKEEM, he will go above and beyond to male sure you are satisfied. It was a great few stay and I will definitely go back.

The staff at the restaurant needs to be a little more responsive to questions and customer service. They need someone who controls the traffic for breakfast, besides good food and pleasant staff.

Convenient that free shuttle to Disneyland but inconvenience that time for airport is limited hours for shuttle and minor in the bedroom that never fix even we complain that light is not working beside bed, no facial tissue

Perfect stay for kids.... Kids had the most fantastic time ever! Loads to do, loads to eat! I will leave a review on every platform as this review is the truth! Best hotel ever.... Not the most glamourous however perfect for children. I went with my two children aged 5&6 and we could of actually stayed in the hotel without going to disney for the weekend :) I really do recommend

Unfortunately the hotel needed to turn off the electric for most of one of the days we stayed which meant the facilities wasn’t accessible. It put a sort of damper on the trip. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

We loved this pirate themed hotel and it was perfect for Disney as so much cheaper than the Disney hotels but only a short distance away by shuttle bus. The staff were helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant and cafe area was great, bar area great and also the swimming pool was fab. The kids had a great time in there swimming and on the water slides. Also the park area outside was great, again the kids played out there enjoying themselves for ages. Room was perfect and clean, great shower. I cannot criticise anything at all. We went as a group of 12 people and all thought the hotel was brilliant. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Excellent hotel good location. Rooms were spacious maids done a very good job in rooms. Reception staff great. Only problems is not enough food options on snack bar. Couldn’t even buy just a hot dog it had to be a meal. Could also do with more shuttle buses.
