We loved everything about our holiday! The staff were lovely and friendly. The food was amazing, they did different food themes every night e.g Italian, Mexican, British etc. The whole hotel was clear and the view from our room was beautiful. I really loved having the choice of either sitting by the pool or sitting on my own balcony. There is lots of things to do there and was very nice exploring outside of the hotel as well

Had a lovely room, best part of hotel. The rest could do with updating, its a bit tired and lacks any atmosphere. The staff they have are good and work hard, were profesional and courteous. They just need more of them. Food temperature in buffet needs resolving, lots of barely lukewarm foods. Good location, lack of evening entertainment generally. Could be very good if a few things were looked at and a bit of money spent modernising.

No frills Boring Outdated & brown decoration Full of manky vicious stray cats everywhere Stinking rotten fish smell in part of the hotel makes you urge NO BEACH, the gate is locked by a padlock and it is full of big rocks, bushes and weeds. There is a derelict fortification on the beach in front of the hotel and it is full of beer cans, rubbish and is used as toilet because it stinks and adult business after dark. The beach at a neighbour is approx 500 yards away that they tell you to use and there is no beach bar or WC, so you have to walk a 1km round trip to go back to your hotel to get a drink. It is a public beach so you can't leave your belongings alone and most of the guests had to lay on their beach towel on the sand because of lack of beds and parasols. There are naked people (OAPs and children) on the beach. No atmosphere No bellboy No public relations No concierge No service in the restaurant, serve your own drinks from press button nescafe machine No change of food options = boring, unappetising for 3 hrs not touched and dried out (people were sick) No info about allergens, half the items didn't have a sign, the wrong signs or foreign No pool drinks service No slippers & dressing gown No iron & board No free safe Empty fridge No excursions desk or info No info about weather No change of entertainment, repeated a sax player 4 times in 10 days. One a la carte Italian restaurant, I was given 1 visit time at check in for the 10 day stay (time and date given to me)

Excellent variety of food and drink and of high standard. The pool area was great as were the staff who were attentive and always helpful.

Property was lovely, very clean and tidy, staff really friendly. Food was excellent as was the choice of drinks available. Pool area very clean, plenty of sun beds, no need to fight for one.

Well laid out property in a good location. Exit gate to prom was very tempremental.

Nice hotel in quiet location however not too far from main town. Staff very friendly and courtesy. Rooms with exceptional views of the Ocean. Plenty of free and safe car parking places which is important for us. We were in Caleta de Fuste in March and there was no problem in getting a sun lounger. Good choice of food for Breakfast and Dinner.

Great location although access to beach could be improved via garden. Clean and good service although food at dinners could have been better and a couple of occasions left searching for seats! Nonetheless would use the hotel again

Three day break in the sun and an ideal hotel for the price

A very clean and well maintained hotel with great service located 15 minutes away from the airport. Comfortable room with basic toiletries. Swimming pools were freezing cold so bear this in mind if visiting during the cooler months. Good breakfast however dinner was less appetising. Food was also cold on many occasions. Beach and supermarket 5 minutes walk.

We had to book our trip last minute, and found a good deal with this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff were amazing (especially Steven at the front desk and Judith in the Albatros restaurant), but really everyone was smiling and helpful and so willing to do whatever they could to make our stay nice. We had a Junior Suite with a view of the ocean, and the bed was AMAZING, so comfortable, and the view was fantastic. We could open the large balcony doors and look at the ocean from our bed! The hotel itself had a few small things that were just tired, but didnt impact our overall stay. The heated pool wasnt really heated, but we were there in January, so maybe thats why. It was nice to take a quick dip in though after lounging in the sun reading. There were lots of sun loungers, and the beach was just 2 minute walk from the hotel. Supermarket just 3 minutes walk with a few shops. Not really much local culture, but a nice resort to stay at. We did half board and the breakfast buffet was always amazing. They also did a great job changing up the dinners. Personally I wouldnt do all inclusive because there are other restaurants to eat at, and eating buffet gets boring, even with the fantastic job they did. Half board was enough for us. There was a car rental kiosk in the lobby, which was FANTASTIC! You could rent for a day, or whatever, they bring the car to you and you leave it at the hotel! Great! Overall very nice stay! Great staff, comfortable beds, beach.

Great relaxing stay Kids loved the gato cafe

The resort hotel and hotel staff were great, but the food was not up to standard, too often hot food was cool, boring and tasteless. A great disappointment considering how much we paid, I have had much better from other similar hotels.

Staff were welcoming and there were a range of facilities including pool, table tennis, gym and other leisure facilities

Good hotel. Food not fantastic but you could always find something to eat. Not enough staff in the bar area. In quiet locaton near to golf courses which suited us

A lovely hotel with very comfortable rooms and great views of the sea and the hitel pools. Caters well for those wanting a quieter holiday and for families. Great beach very close and hotel pools are attractive and clean.

Unfortunately what spoils this hotel is the food this was not of a very good standard. The dining room was very basic and sometimes we had to set our own table before we could eat.
