Very surprised by how much we liked this last minute overnight couple getaway. Spacious rooms, great kitchen, clean bathroom.

Parking situation much improved from our last visit when parking was horrible. This year issue seemed much better managed, even with ongoing construction. Access to the outlet mall through the gates should be controlled by room key across. Added phone contact delays access to/from the mall by guests.

The place is nice. It's next to the Vineland outlet and close to the Disney parks. The check in took longer than needed but the staff was friendly when it was our turn.

Wifi could have been better. Need smart tvs . Coffee machines needs to be updated to kpods. Laundry machines needs updating as well. Our stay was pleasant. Staff is super nice. Pool side bar and food is good as well. Nice and clean. These are some the ideas that can be worked on in the future. We will definitely be back.

The property was beautiful and the staff at the frontdesk was friendly, but they need to do better with yheir check in proceess. There were two people at the main check in desk and 4 people at a desk off to the side doing nothing but waiting to give out parking passes after they were checked in. They should be checking in guest instead of sitting there waiting to hand out parking passes.

The property is beautifully maintained and resembles a Las Vegas style resort. The room was a little out dated but it was clean, comfortable, and fully loaded for an extended stay. The staff was nice and catering to our needs. Parking is very tight and had to park in the overflow lot, but staff was always available with a golf cart to take us to and from our car to the room.

This is a beautiful property. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have 2 pools and the main pool is large with a nearby bar. The rooms are very spacious and include a balcony, shower, and large jacuzzi tubs. They have staff that drives go carts to transport you to and from your room. Rooms were very clean with a full size kitchen. The outlet shopping is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property for nearly a weeks stay. Apartment style accommodation but bedroom did not get AC. Few minor noticeable flaws which service personal needed to resolve but overall nice place to stay.

Initially, I was assigned to the wrong room and encountered significant issues with a hotel staff member who provided terrible service. She hung up on us multiple times, refused to connect us to a manager, and ultimately forced us to return to the front desk in person. Fortunately, the manager promptly addressed the situation, resolving it quickly and efficiently. However, the parking was very inconvenient, requiring me to hike to my parking spot several times, though a shuttle service is available. Finally, on the last day, the same staff member who answered the phone was completely unhelpful when we inquired about late checkout options. Thanks to that staff member mentioned I’ll never plan a vacation at this property again.

Beautiful clean spacious unit. Great base for Seaworld. The only dig is the antiquated elevators which are hot and slow. And don't believe the "business center" it's just a couple of tables in a noisy room next to the deli, but if you have to work, the Wi-Fi is strong around the property . Would absolutely stay here again .
