Great location and had everything we needed. The accommodation looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised. Room was a little small. It was labelled luxury but it did not meet expectations. Honestly, maybe this is why I was disappointed. Room was OK but from the photos I was expecting different. Mister Walker cage/restaurant voucher and The Good Grocer nearby was convenient and the ferry to the city was great.

Great location, close to ferry and shops. Rooms was very comfortable and outdoor area was nice addition. Bathroom is a little dated but clean and functional. We will stay here again for sure.

The best thing about this property is its location. Very walkable to dining, shopping, etc. The rooms are nice enough although bathrooms are dated and small. The cleanliness wasn’t the greatest. Lots of dust on surfaces and the bathroom had hairs in the sink and on towels.

The apartment is a lot smaller than it appears on the pictures. It needs renovating as it is getting worn out and old but remains ok. Not all the windows open (kids room window cannot be opened and the same goes for the bathroom. The lighting is insufficient. This said, the property, outside the apartment is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Residence provided free Internet is way too slow and unstable, make sure you get a data enabled SIM

No assistance offered to upgrade room and i had to insist on speaking to a manager.
The couch uncomfortable, tbe bed hard on my back, the view was amazing
Parking issue
When i asked if there was dining options theg could recommend via a in room information pamphlet i was told there was nothing hiw hard is this?
Then i found vouchers for various restaurants around the place hidden in the key pouch
Communication needs to be improved.
What kind of property sticks a traffic cone in a parking spot with a disabled sticker on it and refuses to remove it for my wife who does have a disability?

I love the location. A perfect stay for my 3 year olds birthday weekend.

Pro: Great location with lots of car park.
Con’s: Booked for a family room with 2 beds for the 2nd room but instead got 1 single bed in the second bedroom. Sofa bed was not clean and has no sheets.

Fabulous location. We’ve stayed here twice before . The location is so convenient - close to the Mends St wharf and a 5 min ferry ride to the city, lots of restaurants around the corner and a 5 minute walk to the zoo.

Clean, comfortable, quite and parking onsite. Great location, easy access via ferry to Perth city and to freeways if head out of town. Great local restaurants and cafes as well as a 24 hour supermarket al within walking distance. Recommend and will stay there next time in Perth.

Love this place. The location is a quick inexpensive rideshare away from the beaches, and a short relaxing ferry ride across to the CBD. South Perth is a great location for families as the waterfront has a big green space to run around, the Zoo is walking distance, and so is the playground. Down the street you have a 24/7 supermarket, as well as many restaurants. The apartments have everything you need if you want to cook in. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very cool neighborhood.

We had a 2bed apartment for 2A2C. It was small, but it was all we needed.
Only 1 toilet and bathroom which was an ensuite. And only 1 reverse cycle in the lounge room area. Perhaps ceiling fans in bedrooms or pedestal fans at least would be good for the hot summer nights?!!!
Directly across from the river which was beautiful for a family night time picnic!!!

This apartment was as expected, ground floor, a little dark, with limited space in the bedroom (bed pushed against the wall on on side)but it was clean and comfortable with good fridge / freezer space and a microwave. Perfect for our needs. There was a small patio area also. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location excellent for the beach, the ferry to Elizabeth Quay and being able to walk to Kings Park. All in all, a great place to stay at excellent value.

The location on the South Perth foreshore is excellent. When booking a river view suite check on the location of your room. I thought I would have the view used in the advertising photo. My room was further back and view was restricted. I could still see the river but also the car park and a large gum tree. Also the balcony wasn't very private. Your neighbour could see into your balcony if they stood at the edge of theirs. The design was open for the view but sadly reduced your privacy. On a positive note I still had some quality time sitting on my balcony enjoying the complimentary bottle of bubbly looking at the view.

Great base on the south Perth foreshore for visitors to Perth. Free parking, self contained and comfortable apartments in a great location near food and groceries

The property is in a lovely part of South Perth. We had the river at our doorstep and good local food and groceries. We liked the property but parking is limited and we needed to park off site at another property with the same owner. There was a bit of a walk from there. Room was small and my daughter had to sleep on a pull out bed on the floor which was unexpected. But the staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. There are plenty of dining options as well as a 24 hour grocery store less than 5 minute walk. The rooms are clean and tidy and there is plenty of parking. The staff are very helpful and were quick to help change bedding configurations when I had accidently booked for an infant instead of a child. I would certainly recommend staying here and will book again if back in perth.

Fantastic, we had three weeks over Christmas and New Year. It was perfect for our stay and we will definitely be using it again when we are next in Perth.

Excellent location, free parking, close by to the Mend St Ferry that directly connects you to Elizabeth Quay. It is very clean and is close by to local shops and restaurants.
Some rooms have balconies connected to other room balconies only separated by a low barrier. This might be a concern for some people but rest assured there is plenty of security provided with security doors and windows.
