Staff were friendly and nice. Location is just on the edges of the city and a 20 min walk to the centre or railway stations. Floors were
Swept and horizontal surfaces very clean, but vertical not so much.
Building is quite old and minimum work has been done over the last decade or two and things like aircon barely work. However it’s a genuine 3 room apartment and the only place in or next to the city for under $100 per night where you have your own bathroom and free onsite parking so value for money is on par.

I was not a good fit for this hotel and ended up not staying after I saw the rooms. It is more appropriate for low budget travellers who don’t mind staying in a very run down accommodation.

I enjoyed my stay here, it's my 2nd time. The location is amazing, walk to every where, kings Park and the city on your door step. The staff were helpful and the room was clean. The only complaint i have is the TV was so small it was hard to watch in bed and i couldn't move it. The price is great and I would recommend this accommodation.

There was good communication on when to check in and how to arrange for the keys if I was arriving after hours. The parking was straight forward as you pull in and park in an empty space. The staff was friendly and helpful. The actual unit (hopefully all of them are not like this) desperately needed an upgrade. A fresh paint job, repairs to the doors and chipped areas, new plumbing fixtures and a new shower/tub could easily be done to raise the rating. The tv was so small that I think my computer monitor is bigger. There is nothing really in the bedroom area besides the beds. The kitchen is dated but did have all the amenities including refrigerator, toaster, microwave (old) etc. The location was nice as it was at the bottom of Mount near the bridge and down from the park.

I was looking for affordable accommodation in Perth and this apartment was in a great location as it’s approximately 7 mins walk to Elizabeth Quay and the train station.

This is a great budget place to stay in West Perth. Short walk to the city, Elizabeth Quay and the free Blue, Green and Purple CAT buses. It might be a little dated but it has everything you need for a good stay

Cheap and nasty. The place was very dirty but so close to the city. Broken furniture (a lamp table) that should have been thrown out. Air-conditioning that only worked on cold and a very thin cotton blanket on the bed.

Happy with my stay, as it was exactly as described.
Note that this is a bidget hotel. So if you are looking for a luxury hotel, this may not be suitable for you. As for myself, this hotel was perfectly fit within my budget and plans.

The police come here a couple of times a week and scan the cats number plates in the car park and hang around all suss. It’s a bit unpleasant. We will probably not use this place anymore because of the police. Just go home and mind your business.

This Property MOUNTWAY apartments is the best value for money one could ask for Location is perfect.. The price is unbeatable for what U get.. Bathroom with Bath .. Kitchen with appliances an all U need .. an Large room With large comfortable Queen bed an 2 singles ..TV .. an Air conditioning an Balcony with view.. we absolutely Love it an come back always ❤️🙏

We had ants in the kitchen then they moved us to a room with a leaky loo. Was not told it was a quarantine hotel and there was a naked man wandering around outside as well

Superb location, between downtown and Kings Park, a very short walk to both. Pleasant hotel bar and small restaurant about 50 yards away. Well equipped apartment. Reception staff very helpful indeed. Outstanding value for money.

Good location, walking is required to get to city and park. Good cafe nearby although used my kitchen for every meal. Nice temporary home, furniture is random and needs more thought.

Be prepared to walk and walk for food unless you can cook with microwave. Stairs out front, lift for 5 floors, hot water great pressure.

The staff on arrival were very good. The room was aged but neat. Poor tv reception. The parking was difficult with no assigned bays and not enough bays for the number of rooms.Location was good but a bit hard to navigate to by car. . it was close to town. the place was quiet.
