The hotel and staff were fine, but the building interior had absolutely no charm.

Really good location, room was clean, modern and comfy to stay in. The hotel is close by to everything you need, bakeries, supermarkets etc. Only around 10 mins away from the Lac D’Annecy and Main attractions. Would happily stay again when I return

Basic hotel. More like an upmarket hostel. Shower pressure is low and water temperature unstable. Good breakfast though and helpful staff. Overall expensive for what it is.

The lad on the desk was very helpful and polite. It’s set close to old town amenities and the lake. Also approximately 2 min walk from blablabus drop off/collect.

Mediocre hotel in convenient location. Air conditioner didn't work and the room was uncomfortably hot. Staff kindly brought us a fan. No hand or face towels, only a poor grade bath towel. No tissues. No quality. Won't stay there again.

The room was slightly small for a family of four, but comfortable. The kids had separate beds which was very helpful. The personnel was nice and helpful. Parking was offsite but easy paid mostly by the hotel, we only paid 1 euro. AC worked perfectly, no mosquitos.

The front of house people were very friendly on checkin. The hotel is right beside some great restaurants. It’s clean and the rooms are a good size.

The hotel is very good but the rooms on the 4th floor are not accessible via elevator and their floor is not even.

Older property with some maintenance needed. Great location, walkable to restaurant and shops. We had some issues with getting into our room that was fixed after maintenance was called.

Very good team managing the hotel. very well located and renovated. Bf is good and not too pricey albeit the space is quite scarce is yr group is above 4 people. Very pleased with the stay and shall return when in annecy

It was really nice being able to get off the train with heavy bags and make it to the hotel in under 5 minutes walking. Easy walk to all of the sites. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. My only two complaints would be that the breakfast ends too early in my opinion. Also the pillows on the bed were pretty useless. Overall a great stay though

It was a practical room. Found out in the middle of my first shower, no soap or shampoo. Miserable. Breakfast was fine but nothing spectacular.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The location is a block from the train station. It is in close proximity of the local market and a wide variety of shopping and dining. They provided a nice choice of breakfast options.

Perfect centre of town location, easy parking, beautiful area with very clean and great accommodation. The staff were very helpful and always cheerful and welcoming.

Close ro train for those that come by it. They pay overnight parking at parking lot nearby. Good breakfast, rooms ok.
Pictures on the webpage may disappoint when one sees reality.
Guests that we crossed by during breakfast are those types that don’t necessarily say ‘excuse me”, “please” or care taking the whole plate of cheese for themselves, but that’s not the hotel fault…

Very clean and comfortable hotel, with plenty of space in the rooms and very modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The desk staff couldn't have been friendlier! They were all wonderful and if you don't speak, their English is perfect too! The hotel is less then a 5 minute walk from the station and a 3 minute walk into town. You can get to the lake in less than 10 minutes. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
