It's a good appart hôtel ,near of center and the train's stations .I recommend it and I'll come back surely

Business-like, comfortable room, close to Lille Europe Eurostar - walking distance

Comfortable, clean, but definitely dated property, which suited our needs very well. We picked this site for its proximity to sites we wanted to visit, plus it had a kitchen and more specifically a fridge, and the walking distance to the Gare Europe. The tub was an added bonus. Pros were proximity, kitchen, tub. Cons were lack of cutting knives, toaster, actual wash cloths (they provided one sponge and one tea towel) and no vacuum or broom. They only come in and do up your room if you stay a week or more. The bedroom and bathroom were upstairs from the living room, so beware of steep stairs. Unfortunately, no one at check in informed us of how the French on demand hot water tanks work, so we ran out of hot water the first day, but that was rectified quickly. It’s good for the price.

Quality establishment to relax and enjoy the Lille region

This was a great simple place to stay on our long weekend away. The apartment was clean and comfortable with very easy access to Lille on the tram. The only negative was the steep stairs to the bedroom but we managed fine.Staff were very nice and made a great effort to cater for our every need despite the language barrier.We would definitely stay again/

As for the room, it was tidy and clean, perfect for an overnight stay. Location was great too, quick and easy access to main routes to ferry lines. However, you will need to arrive before 11 pm to find the reception open otherwise getting access to your room can be somehow difficult. For a start, there was very limited information on the door for late arrivals and most of it in French - which sadly I dont speak. There was a phone number to ring, but having a UK phone with me, I struggled to get through. I had to stop a passerby for help. Without his assistance, I would have been locked out for the night. Looking back, I should have been emailed all those details prior to my arrival. Yet, Id say it was a good hotel, but make sure you arrive while reception is operating.

Nice little hotel in a nice location near the city specaly the Euralille. The staff is very friendly and helps you with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again any time.

Staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently situated for the tram. It is also within walkable distance of the old city.

We booked an executive apartment. The location was great, only 15 min walk to the centre of Lille & 10 min walk to local butcher, bakery etc. The staff was nice & helpful & moved us to a safer & more appropriate apartment as we were traveling with a 15 months old baby. Unfortunately, most of the apartment are unsafe with a toddler, the stairs leading to the bedroom are very steep. Other negative points - the heating & hot water was hit & miss, they only clean the apartment if you stay more than a week & you have to ask for toilet paper. The kitchen is a good size but with very few utensil or equipment (I.e no toaster). The car park is safe but space between each vehicle is tight.

no restuarants close by to eat at - they all shut before 8pm - its mainly an area for offices so the reastauarts probably do their business at lunchtime. hotel is basic - my room was clean and very spacious but in need of updating. very comfortable double bed. breakfast surprisingly good value.

We had to ask a local in a cafe for directions as the address is not recognised by our GOS or Google - he drove in his car while we followed. On arrival we were told that the parking facility was full even though we had emailed to request parking. On opening the door to our "apartment" it smelt of old cigarette smoke. Rom was very small, bed very small for two, bathroom was a bit shabby. Only one bedside table and plugs are right in the corners of the room so made charging devices a bit difficult. The images advertised show contemporary, bright rooms but do not in any way reflect what you are getting. No air conditioning, so had to have balcony door open which meant getting bitten by mosquitoes and hearing traffic at night. Bed comfortable but odd, lumpy pillows. Room was not cleaned once in our 3 night stay. Lift out of order at various times of the day, as we were on the 7th floor and I had a knee injury it was very inconvenient. Easy to get to central Lille by tram - only two stops away. We took our bikes but got lost and even the local people did not recognise the address on the map provided by staff as it was inaccurate. Sadly would not recommend. The staff were very helpful and accommodating which was the only good thing about our stay.

We were taking in very friendly. We had a good night of sleep and we had a very good breakfast.

Its studio type hotel with kichenette, close to city centre 15-20 mins walk. Quiet area. They will send you text for your code to the main entrance and safe for your key when you arrive late at night as reception closed. Very clean room. Will stay again

This hotel is two stops on the tram from the main station and Eurolille shopping centre.

The both ladies at the reception desk were very kind and provided us useful information about area, house rules etc. The room was recently refreshed, comfortable and well designed. Also the location is great, only one station to the "Gare Lille Europe". The area is quiet, good sleep quality.
