It was ok. No tissue in the room. No usb plug ins.
The hotel is tired looking.

Smelt strongly of cat pee in the corner of our room, they couldn’t move us into a different room because hotel was full. They just gave us some stuff to sprinkle on the stinky area and we had to leave for a few hours before they could come vacuum up the powder. The jacuzzi had scuffs and was dirty, we scrubbed out the scuffs and had to clean it ourselves before using it.

We had a suite with a king bed, two twin beds and a pullout couch, and it was great for our family! It was clean and comfortable. The fridge and microwave were handy. There was a jetted tub but we just had showers.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good options. The only negative was the pool was closed for cleaning when we came. It was only temporary and needed to be done, it was just unfortunate that it happened on the night we came. Otherwise, it was a very good experience.

Very friendly reception from the front desk on arrival, easy check in. Awesome coffee machine with lots of options. Nice hottub and pool. Breakfast had multiple protein options which can be hard to find in these hotels, lots of other options too. Room was spacious and clean. Only pitfall: walls were PAPER thin- I could everything next door- every word, every footstep and even a cough. It was a very restless sleep as the people next door had their TV on until 2am. I don't blame them for watching TV, but the walls were so thin that I couldn't sleep. Everything else was great.

The hotel was great, close to places.

No hot water in the morning. Then no electricity. No breakfast as there was a long line of people (more than 50 people)from the adjacent hotel waiting to eat their breakfasts and we had to get back on the road and continue our trip. The lack of service or apologies for any of the inconveniences was not what I would expect from the Best Western.

The front desk clerk from check in to the next evening was so kind and friendly! The housekeeping staff work hard and super friendly to the kids when they asked a million questions. Breakfast attendants were super accommodating I saw they cut up fruit for a large family next to us. The pool was a perfect temperature. And the coffee machine that makes lattes in the lobby is freaking amazing!

We were here for two days waiting to move into our new home. It is by the highway and appears to cater to a lot of on-the-road workers.
Most important to mention is that the front desk staff (especially evening) were so pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean, the bed very, very comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety.

The room was large enough to accommodate a family of (5) which was great, but the pool was disgusting. There was hair all over the floors, green algae growing in the pool and the overall area was very dirty.
