Spacious rooms but poorly furnished

Customer service ( front desk specially) can improve in my opinion, the hotel is nice, food is ok

I love ROC for having a nice location, friendly staff, overall cleanless and having diverse guests.

The view was amazing.

Our expectations were high to our stay and it was good but not compared to the price. The reception, Linda, were very kind and helpful, they deserve full credit, but the buffet staff in the evening were not too qualified and you had to wear pants - in a family orientated place ? Breakfast was good and friendly staff with big smiles - fantastic. Furnitures in our suite needs an update - they were not clean and pleasant to look at.

Not recommended. No Value for Money! The owner/s of this hotel should invest lots of money to make sure that their customers will have 4 star services! The food quality and refill in breakfast should be upgraded. The operating hours for massage should be extended at least till 10pm. Our suite was just ok. The water pressure wasn't stable. The personel for the room service need to be trained. The path to the beach was so dirty. The parking spots were to small for big cars.

Good location and beautiful hotel. The overall impression is a bit lower because we experienced there is a lack of overseeing details. Sunbeds are dirty, different type, some of them very old and uncomfortable. Table clothes in restaurant was torn and outdoor seat cushions had bird droppings. Breakfast and dinner gas good.

The perfect place for your next couples getaway. Would dream of coming back - the food was amazing so many options, the private cove was breathtaking and easily our favourite part of our Mallorca trip. Staff was lovely and room with a view was well worth it.

Had a lovely stay with friends. Hotel is about 25min cab from Palma airport. Within walking distance of the hotel there is a small convenience shop, a beach club (Puro) and a lovely little beach with a nice, and popular, restaurant. Rooms are simple and functional. Air conditioning isn’t great. Showers are nice with strong water pressure. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. There was evening entertainment but we didn’t stay for it.

This property has a very good location, amazing views, and the rooms are pretty nice. This would be a pretty good hotel to almost every kind of leisure traveler. The morning buffet breakfast had many options, was kept tidy, and the outside table views were beautiful. The reception was warm and welcoming and were what you would expect for a four star hotel. The room while big, did show some signs of use which is normal, but these are the details that separate it from a five star hotel. My only con would be the parking situation can be pretty tricky, especially if you are renting a car and aren't familiar with the dimensions.

When we checked in we were placed in the old wing, the room was dark, small and felt old. We asked to move to another room but they couldnt accomodate us until the following day. Room we were moved to the next day in the new wing was much better but still had issues.

Love the hotel! Amazing experience. Want to come back.

The service was very hit or miss. We arrived late and they bent over backwards to get my family food. But, they didn’t book my early airport shuttle or replace the soap in my shower that they removed even after I requested replenishment soap. The rooms are in desperate need of an update and do not look like they do online. For what they charge, they should have nicer facilities. The breakfast was good but only buffet options for lunch and dinner. It is clear that they are trying and the staff were very friendly. I am hoping they sort things out because the property has a lot of potential which is why my overall rating was 4 star.

Beautiful hotel and great location right on the ocean!

We liked the hotel where it was situated. The staff were all very helpful and polite. We would go back to The Roc in Illetas.

The settings and private beach

Great views, private beach and swimming pools. If you’re looking to relax, I would recommend.

Very clean, the room was nice and the sea view was great , we only stayed for about three days, food was good as well and staff very friendly and helpful. There is a small beach area where we been staying and it’s just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

A cozy hotel, although a bit tired. Very nice staff but they need to improve their English to reduce misunderstandings and wrong orders. Very responsive from the corridor and we were woken several times. We had chosen half board, which we were very happy with. Good breakfast and dinner. Luckily, we are early risers, otherwise it would probably have been difficult to get a sunbed.

The view was amazing

Had a 10/10 stay at this hotel! Staff were excellent, facilities and hotel grounds are AMAZING, and the hotel room was superb. Our stay was topped off with live entertainment each night (flamenco dancers, singers, musicians etc), great buffet breakfast, free spa facility included in stay, and great views. If you want a relaxing stay this is it!! The only thing to note is that you can hear noise from other guests closing/opening doors but was not an issue past 10:30/11pm. Not sure why this hotel isn’t a 5 star hotel!

We had a weird smell in the room that appeared to come from the sewer. We bought spray to help. The location is excellent but the hotel rooms need freshening up.

The view from our balcony on floor 6 overlooking the sea was beautiful. The quality and choice of food at the breakfast and evening buffets were delicious.The spa and indoor pool was great when weather was cloudy. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Number 4 bus from outside the hotel takes you to Palma which was busy. Not a lot to do in the local vicinity though. Unfortunately I had my purse pickpocketed out of my bag on the packed bus on way home. On the whole a very relax full week and would recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely 4 day stay and even got a room upgrade at check-in which really made the whole experience that much greater. Gorgeous views of the beach/sea. There is also a bus right outside the hotel that can bring you to Palma town which is great.

Overall well maintained and good facilities, family friendly

The hotel was beautiful. The help from the front desk on where to go and how to get there was very useful too. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return!
