Lovely hotel, staff is friendly & always ready to help. Couldn’t have better location as right in the centre of Verona. Breakfast is superb. Our room was clean & tidied before lunch. Definitely coming back again.

Just what I was looking for when visiting Verona for 24 hours on a solo adventure. Great location and a cute little hotel. My room was small but good for just one person.

The staff were very helpful and efficient. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Being next to Bra Piazza with restaurants and bars and shops on their doorstep was amazing. Will definitely stay there again when we are in Verona.

We loved this hotel! Everything from the location to the amenities and the room was amazing. Our staff was wonderful and we really liked the lady with the red hair working the breakfast every day, and the young gentleman at the front desk. They were so kind and welcoming. The only thing was our last encounter with a lady on Monday morning. She was extremely rude and snobby. It was unfortunate considering it was our last day in Verona. We asked her to help order a taxi and when I said I needed to run to the bathroom she yelled and said “No, you need to go to the taxi!” It was very rude and we ended up making it to the taxi just fine. Overall, we would be back but hope not to run into the rude lady again.

I would recommend it! We had issues with the air con and they handled it right away! The distance to the arena is amazing. It was perfect when it vegan raining and we had to run for cover.

Best hotel in Verona.

We stayed in the adjacent building which seems like a regular apartment turned into B@B. Was very loud trash collection by the city at 7am right under the window.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was pretty, super clean, and comfortable. There were even chocolates on the bed when we arrived. Great location with tons of restaurants. Wonderful breakfast included with our stay.

This is a great location for opera at the Arena. Also, very easy to drive your car; staff will park it in their garage. Our room, though, which was billed as a "suite" was not very roomy and the bathroom was quite cramped. Breakfast so so.

Brilliant location close to the Roman Arena, very comfortable bed and exceptional staff who were very kind, patient and helpful when I had a minor medical emergency. A narrow shower fitted in the corner was a bit of a squash - only around 40cm front to back!!! Though wide as the bathroom. (Would have preferred bigger shower and no bidet). No breakfast available for early check-out before 7.30am but they kindly got me fresh coffee. And looked after my bags when I arrived before check-in so I could look round the sights.

Staff were fine when prompted but it would have been nice for them to be proactively friendly and helpful. Details of places to go, events happening etc..

Property was ideally placed for The Arena and the numerous restaurants around the area. Not sure if it was a plus or minus but on two of our nights there was a concert in the Arena which was too easily heard from our room!!

Highly recommended. Great central location at edge of Piazza Bra next to the Roman arena. Lovely hotel, smart decor, very clean. My deluxe double was spacious, with big shower room (great shower!). No view except next rooftop. Breakfast is a real treat with huge choice on buffet and nice staff.

It’s a good small simple hotel, two steps from the arena, for a honest price. HOWEVER, I have not slept well in any of the three nights I spent there. EVERYNIGHT there was people transporting towels, papers, etc, for HOURS, in the middle of the night. Since my room was in front of the elevator, I woke up every day at 5 am with the noise of the charts going up and down. On the Saturday night, a bar in the street, just outside my window, had people talking loud, laughing and making noise until 2am. Well, if you still want to book it, make sure to ask for a room FAR from the elevator, and with windows facing the other street. It is very annoying to sleep so poorly in the few days I had to rest.

Verona는 이탈리아 최고의 여행지인 것 같은데, 호텔 정말 좋았어요. 관광지도 주변에 많고, 명품거리도 바로 옆이라 편해요. 조식은 몹시 평범하지만, 진짜 좋아요ㅎ 식당은 La Piazzetta Osteria Enoteca 추천합니다. It was one of the best hotels I've ever been in Europe. The Staff at all sites was very friendly and kind. Hotel was located very close to the attraction sites of Verona. Breakfast buffet was good enough. Would love visit later in the future.

The room which was in a separate building from the actual hotel was very nice. It was spacious, old style with a comfortable large bed and a great bathroom with a very nice shower. The location of the hotel is very central, very close to the Arena. But this also means higher noise levels, which we did not mind being aware of the pros and cons of choosing such a central midtown location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was immediately granted an extra hour for check out upon request, courtesy of the staff member who checked me in. The waiter at breakfast was super friendly and efficient. He also made a good cappuccino! The breakfast was a little basic but ok tasting. The room itself was nicely laid out and dressed with the four poster bed. But it was small and felt tight to move around. The bathroom too was small and the shower was unusual in its tight layout. The sink was blocked and the shower enclosure didn’t operate properly. The extractor fan was rather noisey too. However, I made do for a one night stay. I wonder whether the room allocation was due to my having booked through hotels.com? I’ve noticed that booking through this portal usually results in a lower order room that doesn’t always live up to expectation. I guess there’s gotta be some trade off for being awarded a free night after buying 10! The hotel itself is in a great location close to shopping and site seeing attractions. Particularly great that when you turn the corner you are greeted by the magnificent colosseum.
