Great spacious room with a hot tub that has jets in it. And a large comfy king size bed with very soft sheets.

Pool & jacuzzi in poor condition. Jacuzzi had soap bubbles when they finally got it started. Staff was ok. Food(breakfast) ok.

Just a typical one night stay delivering our daughter to the University of Redlands for fall semester. I watched some football and got a good night’s sleep while the girls shopped. The front desk made a nice switch to a room with 2 queen beds since our U of R daughter was not able to get into her dorm until Sunday.

The swimming pool inside in this hotel was perfect because the water temperature is between cool and warm. The breakfast was good.

There was a guy ditting on the bench harassing people as they were hoing in. Went out an hour later and he was still there. Little scary.

Everything was pretty much clean. The only thing that was not clean in the room are the pillow. The cases had stains on them and they smelled like they had been used multiple times. Change your pillows please.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I had stayed at a bit more expensive hotel a block away on a previous drive through town. Trying to but a bit more budget minded, I chose Comfort Inn. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast, though not outstanding, met my needs. The staff was very polite. And, most importantly, I felt safe.

Hotel was fine. I had asked to pay at the property and did not appreciate that my card was charged before I arrived--I had not intended to charge that card.
Also breakfast items ran out before breakfast ended (because some guy took an enormous plate full of tater tots) and we asked them to refill but they did not

I am out-of-state and in Redlands for a special event honoring my friend. Since we used to live in SoCal, I had some dear friends to see and on a tight schedule. I left for lunch reservations and realized I had left out my string of pearls (gift from husband) and pearl accessories, including a nice ring. I didn’t have time to return to the room. When I returned hours later, the room had been cleaned but my jewelry remained untouched. Hugs to the maid!!!
