Liked everything about it! Hotel is well kept. Our room was spacious, well furnished and very clean. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well.

The charm and attention to detail. The cleanliness and security. The location and breakfast. It was like a luxury motel resort. Next door to the best Mexican fast food restaurant in the Inland Empire, El Burrito.

room was decent
My concern here is that e-mail confirmation sent from Booking.com back in November 2022 (conf# 3697.292.707) said "TOTAL PRICE will be $175.22 with all taxes included; however, I was charged $213.78 (actually $313.78 w/$100. deposit that is supposed to be refunded back, but hasn't been yet). Not sure why I was charged nearly $40.00 more than Booking.com promised....

gave a card with their amenities that said happy hour but when we went it was not set up because of covid. Did not say at check in or online

No hot tub and I was hoping for that.

Facility was very clean and well kept, pool and jacuzzi were heated and clean, free breakfast was amazing! Chef was great, any issue we had the friendly staff resolved immediately

Loved everything, hidden 💎. 5-star... Huge room, comfy bed... crisp linen, pool, hot tub NOICE! Quaint gym. Exceptional facilities, outdoor sitting area with fireplace water fountain features. Outstanding breakfast. Omelets made to order by chef on staff.

I love how the fact that the beds were made like beautifully and that it was in fact clean and they accommodated for my service dogs immediately that was that was a big plus
Their sheets were just a bit on the stiff side like too much starch or something, and not enough pillows, and the beds were very very shaky like every single time my husband moved it felt like an earthquake, other than that it was fine and the towels they ain't big enough
