The staff was great and breakfast was amazing. We did ask for an extra pillow because the pillows in the room were veryyy flat and was told they didn’t have extras. Other than that, everything was really good.

Facilities were in need of cleaning and maintenance. Service was great and the breakfast was amazingly good.

First we disappointed to look at reception condition which was smelly and not well maintained. The location of our room was not ideal, we experienced out-door noise from time to time whole night, one of our room electrical heater was not working when we asked the receptionist for help, he refused to come until shift change over which was quite late, same room bath room sink was not flushing properly.

Overall a very basic experience. Check-in was simple; room was very basic, outdated but clean and provided a tea kettle. Free shuttle to the airport was the main perk.

The Bed was dirty, seemed as they did not change the sheets, thank god it was only one night. Would not recommend.

Great creole receptionist, can't remember her name, but she made you feel at home. As far as the property run away fast and don't look back. Small rooms, outdated is an understatement, it's a dump. Shuttle to the airport runs between 5 AM - 9 AM and 5 PM - 9 PM if I remember correctly. The shuttle take you to the airport when they want not when you need. If your flight is at 5 PM better take the 9 AM shuttle and spend 10 hours at the airport. Very expensive and not worth the money in my opinion.

The issue was with shuttle. Despite speaking 3 languages, including two European based ones, I was unable to find when the shuttle would arrive. I waited 3 hours and made multiple calls. In the end I ordered a taxi. The breakfast was decent andd the room clean.

The hotel was very friendly. The room was suitable and fairly clean. It appears a bit worn and might want to upgrade the rooms and bath rooms. The shuttle driver was very nice and accommodating. Overall our stay was a good one.

Location not the best for getting anywhere and it has the feel of a 1970s motel - room was clean for what it was but in no way worth €90 - more like €45.

We had a problem with our original hotel being wrong date so this was the only place we could find at last minute, not very nice over priced

This is the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. The room was so hot i had to separate the beds to get the mattress closer to the door where it was slightly cooler. They had the heater on through the entire hotel and the AC System does not get activated until July. Literally felt like I was roasting inside. When I called to complain at 11 pm they told me to "open the window". Ok, I opened the window. Guess what? Anyone could get into the room with an open window, and there was so much noise outside it was impossible to sleep. Called the reception again at 1230pm livid. Best they could do was bring a small fan. I had a 530am shuttle to the Airport and had almost no sleep because of this. I will never stay here or recommend it. There are better places for less. Absolutely terrible terrible terrible.They also overbooked the morning airport shuttle and I had to complain to get a spot, even though I emailed when I made the reservation that I needed the shuttle the next morning.

Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel. Pendant mon séjour j’ai été réveillée à 8:00 du matin par des travaux dans la chambre d’à côté (coups de marteau, perceuse). De plus, une demi-heure après le début des travaux, une femme de ménage est entrée dans la chambre sans frapper (deuxième interruption de nuit). Une heure après la première femme de ménage, une deuxième est entrée dans la chambre, cette fois-ci en ayant frappé au préalable, mais sans me laisser le temps de répondre (troisième interruption de nuit).

Horrible hotel. Worst experience ever. Staff are extremely rude and not interested. False claim on free shuttle to airport. Extremely dirty rooms. I actually think this hotel should be removed from expedia. It gives expedia a bad reputation. All the staff especially the ones I encountered need to be replaced in my opinion. It will be nice if management can get in touch as I have more details.

Quite rundown. Used needle covers around the building. No elevator for getting luggage up two floors. Shuttle from airport stops running too early in evening.

The shuttle to the airport only runs a few hours each day. Staff and restaurant not client friendly. Tried to get coffee after restaurant hours and they could not do it. Will not stay there again.

The only good thing about the hotel is the price.As a American I will not stay here again.The staff were nice but THEY DO NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH AS STATED BEFORE BOOKING.I almost didn't get to ride the airport shuttle because I could not ask in French I had to get one of the airport employees to ask the clerk to send a shuttle.This hotel is quite a ways from paris and it cost about 40euros to get there each way.Dining options are VERY LIMITED.
