The room and staff were very nice and welcoming. However, the parking is a little bit challenging since guests have to cross the street and wait for staff to open the gate.

We have known Casa Roland for the 20 years plus it has been established, the manager and some staff have been the same or that long or a big part of it, speaking for the quality of the operation. Friendly and a unique place

We loved our stay in Casa Roland. If you have things to do in Pavas this is an excellent option. The hotel is riddled with charm and the staff is attentive and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with so many good options. We loved walking around the hotel and looking at the incredible art work throughout. You can tell the owners care about how the hotel is perceived. On top of the charm its also very budget friendly. Excellent value.

There was no parking Except for a small if you will “lot”across the street, there was nothing but broken concrete and mud. There was musty odor thru out the hotel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with very unique atmosphere and decore. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. The old and charming building is kept immaculately. Because it is an old building, some functions could be improved like the showers which are not up to standard. It's not a conventional modern hotel with a pool and a restaurant, but the free breakfasts are cooked to order from a menue, and there is a bar. I highly recommend this hotel; it is somply lovely.

The hotel is very clean and quite. The service was extremely good. The breakfast was well above expectations. (They had a menu of about 10 or 12 options).
The only thing that I did not care for is that it is not really near anything, so I had to take a taxi. I prefer walking to dining, etc.

WOW!!!! Very unique and fun property. Loved the art work throughout the hotel. They have a small bar that we enjoyed drinks while talking with the bar tender. Staff were very nice and welcoming and offered suggestions for food and activities. Breakfast was excellent and offered several options. Parking is across the street and gated. There are several restaurants within a 10 min walk and we enjoyed 2 of them. Area was mostly locals, which added to the charm of visiting. Would stay here again!

Second time and 4 days at this hotel. The staff is wonderful, breakfast is too notch, secure parking across the street is great. This time the bed was not so comfortable so I dropped the score a little.

The property has friendly staff, beautiful decor with paintings on every wall. The breakfast was freahly cooked every morning a la carte.
