The room smell bad, the A/C is never cool, minibar is hot, shower's water runs all over the entire bathroom, toilet leakage, Very uncomfortable beds.

Amazing property, but customer services not great, always when you want to get a drink they’re expecting for tip and always in a bad mood, except Aneticia serves at the Lobby bar, always with a smile on her face, super nice employee. The food is not the best.

One of the best vacations our family has ever gone on. This place is beautiful and full of fun things to do. The staff is excellent would go back in a heart beat.

The property was amazing. Only complaint would be lack of ability to get a dinner reservation evetything was booked already upon arrival. Also had to literally call 8 times to get diet drinks for the room due to diabetes. One day could not get any after several attempts. Was constantly told it would be coming soon. Outside of this it was beautiful and amazing.

Horrible Room. The A/C did not work at all. They did not want to give us a partial refund. We couldn’t sleep for days because it was extremely hot.

Cesar at the Palace resort was amazing. All rooms in our group were a little outdated and not maintained very well. A/C in the rooms were horrible. The property was very beautiful just needs some updating and it would be amazing. Transportation around the resort is lacking as well. Amazing choice of foods across the entire resort. The beach area and amenities on the beach were perfect.

Went with my husband and 2 year old son. The resort is beautiful - 3 in one. Would only recommend the palace as the other connecting resorts were older and not as nice. The junior swim out suite was amazing. The food was better than expected and had good variety and options at the buffet and a la carte. Shows were good for families. The pools were great and the kids waterpark. Service was very good and staff was friendly. There were a few things we did not like such as the train shuttle took very long to come, room service did not have half the menu, our pool filter didn’t work well. But overall had a great time and would recommend.

Beautiful beach!!!! Rooms were very nice, but not allowed to be cool enough! After 90 degree days in the sun, there was not much relief from a room that is set to 77. Thankfully they were able to get us a couple degrees cooler. Very friendly and helpful staff all over and there English is great! Would stay here again!! Thank you!!!

Service by all staff was great. Room 8602 needs some upgrade, specially around bathroom walls, furniture had water damage.
Food was good however our experience in Bamboo restaurant was not good. Food made us sick for 3 days.

Rafael was an excellent concierge! The hotel was beautiful and the extra attention to detail by the team went a long way. I really enjoyed my stay!

Original room 8118 very bad air-conditioning. Outside of that the property was very nice.
The Staff at this location are amazing. Ceasar was the best concierge we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I believe he went out of his way to make our stay extra special.

Our Expedia on site specialist and Concierge Caesar was just the perfect guide for our family. He took all the worry and stress away from our first hours on site. Due to his local knowledge he was able to continue to prove himself over and over throughout our stay. Exactly what you need when visiting a new place. His caring and inquisitive nature supplemented by his calmness and enthusiasm let you know by his actions that he is always there for you. I can say without any hesitation or qualification Ceasar was the best personal guide to experience the Dominican Republic we could have asked for!

Food is horrible, staff in restaurants never smile. Asked for several days to have hot tub cleaned, never happened. AC didnt get cold, never got below 75F. Only friendly people are the bartenders. Overall experience was a nightmare. Pools were filthy.

The closeness to the beach was a plus. This is a huge property, it gave us a lot of options to explore.

Everything was super nice except for the snorkeling excursion that we booked through the property. We were told they were going to take us snorkeling but just took us too a party spot instead.

I loved the service, the attention I received from Mr. Cesar from customer service, he followed me up on everything Cesar is very good at what he does, Jose the guy at the reception gave me very good service, I felt very comfortable with everything, thanks guys

1. AC did not work through out the stay we had to use a fan
2. Room service: omg the food are the worse i had in my travel years in an all all inclusive resort. They microwaved the food and just give it to not fresh.
3. Everything closes to early. Coffee shop 7:30pm Gym opens late and swimming opens 9 or 10am.
4. Not to kids Friendly. Why i say that cause we have kids, babies and toddlers coming in but people are smoking around the pool area where there are kids. Complained about that but they didnt care.
5. Not enough attractions for kids.
6. Beware with timeshare because they waste my timing assume that they are from the hotel and by giving free lunch and message.
7. The restaurant that we went to the food was so bad omg i had better.
8. The Indian restaurant was the best out of all the 6 restaurant that we went to. I really habe to give 5 or 6 star for the chef Dayal Patel he was just amazing and had the best personality and he didnt have to but made some special food for my son birthday and made it more welcoming. Thank You to him.

Most the staff had very bad service. They did not care about you much. All the dining is somehow fully booked even 6 days in advance so you are stuck with the horrible tasting buffets. And maintenance walked right into my room into the washroom while my wife was in there going to the washroom. Zero respect and zero care

Great location, beautiful beach, nice room and incredible staff! We were very excited when Cesar, our concierge, reached out to us before we arrived and assisted with our check-in and booking a la cartes. He reached out to us everyday, this service made us feel like royalty!! Thank you Cesar!!!

Majority of the staff I interacted with were so friendly and eager to assist, even with the language barrier. The facilities are pretty updated, and if/when support is needed, room service is always quick to help! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Wow what a great hotel!! I had an ocean front room what a view. It came with the best concierge Rafael he had all my needs taken care of!! Rafael made my reservations for dinner every night what a great young man. I travel often and I’ve been coming to the Dominican republic since the early 90s and this was one of the best hotels and staff I’ve had the privilege to enjoy. Clean rooms properly is very well mantained bar tenders are friendly and will wip up a special drink just for you if you ask. Thank you to all the people I had the pleasure to meet.

Rooms are outdated and old, coffee wait times in the morning is like 30 mins lack of staff , could do with self service coffee machines and beer and wines etc.

We’ve been to Grand Palladium in punta Cana twice now, and both times we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The landscaping is amazing and very well kept. The beach is beautiful and they were very good at removing the seaweed off the beach every morning. Our accommodations were great, we stayed in one of the loft rooms. The AC could have been better but I guess because of the size of the room, it was harder to keep it cooler. The staff were friendly and did a great job at making sure our stay there was comfortable. We found the food to be great but we also aren’t very picky eaters. We enjoyed the specialty restaurants we were able to try, and we all agree the ones we liked the most from what we tried were La Lola and El Dorado.
Special thanks to Rafael at the front desk who was able to help with our dinner reservation change without hesitation and would check in on us to make sure we were doing okay. 10/10 service.
