Overall the stay was comfortable. Liked the addition of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion dispensers in the bathroom, but the bathtub and sink weren't draining properly. A/C unit was noisy.

Check in was quick and easy. The lobby and breakfast room are very clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy - and all the usuals (juice, coffee, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.) We enjoyed our stay!

Housekeeping person assigned to our room did not respond correctly to our requests. It's almost as if he did it on purpose. The other housekeepers listened and tried to help.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great continental breakfast with healthy choices. Would have like to have had some choices of fruit though. Very comfy beds and pillows. I would recommend to others.

Liked the quiet bit didn't like that the indoor pool and hot tub area was closed for maintenance. That subtracts from value of the stay but every thing else was fine

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room condition was clean and met all of our needs. My husband and I both use CPAP machines at night to sleep and often we have to search for plug ins on both sides of the bed. Not here! Easily assessable. The bed was uncomfortable but that was the only thing that could have been better!

The room was nice and clean. The beds were good. My grandkids were terribly disappointed that the pool was closed. There were pictures of the pool but no mention on the website that it was closed. I should have read the reviews as one mentioned it.

Nice room, clean facility, and friendly front desk staff who allowed a 25 minutes early check-in on a 105 degree day, which I appreciated greatly.

- USB ports or electrical plugs needed near bed stand.
- Lavatory drain cruddy. Needs cleanser and elbow grease.
