room in basement number 5, shouldn't be a room to rent out It should be a store cupboard. It is far too noisy and all you can hear is the underground trains from 4 a.m. till about 12 at night

I stayed on the top floor with no elevator. The stairs were so narrow that it was almost a battle to carry my suitcase up the stairs. The bathroom is also very tiny.

This an overnight stay only. The hotel was satisfactory for this purpose and very close to King’s cross & St Pancras railway stations. The room was tiny, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

A bit of a squeeze but otherwise clean and cosy for a one night stay

Fairly basic room with not much space. However, it was clean, had tea/coffee making facilities and provided same plus biscuits. The bed was comfortable. Although we could hear the underground trains, as we were on lower ground floor, they did not disturb our sleep. Perfect place for overnight between our evening arrival from Eurostar and catching train home next day.

Overall excellent choice for a budget hotel. Rooms small but comfortable, very close to major transportation,ie Kings Cross/St Pancras, and great dining options, (Skinners Arms pub definitely worth checking out). Only downside is that the rooms overlook Birkenhead Street suffer a bit from a loud neighbourhood at night (lots of shouting). The hotel though is comfortable, safe and a good base to explore London

Perfect for that very early Eurostar tren

Róom is a lot smaller than the website photos would have you believe. Could hardly get around the bed the sink partly encroaches over the toilet.

Well maintained property, really convenient location for getting to Kings Cross. Staff very nice and helpful and rooms very clean.

There were no elevators so hence as seniors we had to carry our luggage all the way up; other than that the rest was acceptable.

This property is very close to Kings Cross / St. Pancras station, which makes traveling between destinations and staying in a nice hotel easy peasy. :)

Chose this as we needed something close to St Pancras station for an early Eurostar train. It’s small, the staff are excellent and helpful, and very reasonably priced for Central London

My daughter and I stayed for a week and loved it. It was close to the tube/train station. Lots of different places to eat. Construction was going on but didn’t affect us.

Our 1st time in England. Shocked by the small size of the room and bathroom facilities. Small quarters for 3 people. No air conditioning. Appreciated being on groundevel.

This property was an average property. Staff were friendly.

Room was fine, super warm but fan available plus biscuits and both still and sparkly water provided, for free. Noisy area, as you would expect, at night and there's roadwork in front of the hotel. Very convenient for King's Cross Station though! Staff is lovely but i'm not into having my card registered on the tablet or website at check-in... Also the room key has to been handed in everytime you leave the building. Luggage storage is available!

Upon arrival, I had to get my suitcase down a very narrow spiral staircase to stay in a small hotel room with a twin bed. I didn’t mind the size but without A/C, I had to open the window to the nightlife noise. It made for a difficult night of sleep…and not at all worth the price I paid.

We chose this location because it was close to the Saint Pancras international station where we had to catch the Eurostar the next day… Very convenient and friendly :-)

Overall it was good.

The hotel has no elevator. If you're on a higher floor with heavy luggage, it's a challenge. Otherwise, it's a nice little hotel with friendly staff and a kettle in the room with cookies, tea and coffee. The beds were comfy. The windows kept the outside construction quiet. All good thanks.

Suoerb stay location perfect room small but value for money warm welcome when arrived room spotless and changed even only there for 2 days lcation wise perfect underground station kings cross so close plenty bars and restaurants certainly go back

If rating based on what was described, I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for bare essentials. The bed is comfortable enough and clean, the shower works well and provides hot water, and there is a kettle and water provided for tea/coffee. We needed a place to simply sleep before our flight the next morning and this was close to the station. The staff were kind. There are no stairs, there is no air conditioning (although a fan was provided), and the bathroom smelled of mildew. 4/5 stars (again, based on description).

Rooms are good and room accomodations of private bathroom and amenities like hairdryer, cleanliness bed and towels everyday.

Although the hotel was fully booked, hotels.com made no mention that there was a HUGE construction project right across the street. We were waken up every morning by the construction. The rooms were so small we could barely get around the bed. The bathroom was so small you could smash your head on the sink while trying to sit down on the toilet. On the third day of my stay, I finally asked if there was another room available not facing the construction. The front desk was nice enough to find a room away, but it was another level up in a very narrow and steep staircase.
