Awful area, run down dirty and dilapidated. No internet even though advertised. Rooms not very clean. Fridge in room plug missing. Balcony filthy.
Overall totally unsuitable for children and not worth the cost ( even though cheap).
Would highly recommend it should taken off your list of hotels.

This hotel is disastrous! The area in which the hotel is located does not feel very safe, we would not have wanted to move outside the hotel. In the lobby there are women moving around who we suspect are there to do some questionable work... The man at the reception is nice but that's also the only good thing about the whole stay.
Corridors and rooms lack AC and it was therefore unbearably hot in the room and if the balcony door was open there was an imminent risk of pigeons entering. There was a fan in the room which certainly did the job but was very dusty and stale. The whole room was very worn, dirty and unfresh. The bathroom had probably not been renovated since the 70s/80s and there was extensive moisture damage/mold on the wall. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening but considered looking for a new hotel as it was partly very unfresh but also because it felt very unsafe. I had never lived there by myself but now we were family and we chose to stay. We only slept a couple of hours to be able to leave the place as early as possible in the morning! This was my absolute worst hotel stay ever!

It was a very nice stay. The beds were good and it was quiet. The bathroom is a bit old fashioned but we loved it. We even had a bath. We came very late in the evening and the receptionist was very friendly. It is better to call the hotel directly than to book with Expedia. We didn’t have the breakfast. We went to a nice bakery.

This is a terrible hotel. It is very old and dirty everywhere. I had to wipe off the chairs in the room with soap and water because both chairs were filthy with hair on them. The paint on the exterior of the hotel is bleached and weathered with many holes on the facade. The building looks like it is going to be demolished soon. There are no key cards at this hotel. They gave me a key with a heavy metal holder. The key was attached to a loose key ring and it fell off at one point during my two day stay. At check out, the receptionist said they will have to charge me 80 Euros to make a new key. I couldn't believe this. Stay away from this hotel, it is terrible.

This place is run down, neglected and in no way worth what we paid. Room was filthy and so was balcony (serious pigeon problem). More like a party hotel (cigarette butts and used condom right by the entrance in the parking lot probably thrown off a balcony). Had I known better I would have never stayed her with my family. Maybe this will save someone else making the same mistake.

Easy parking, older building but kepted up. Lobby was nice! Bathtub was very tall and deep, challenging to get in and out of. Could add a grip bar.

Spacious room, with comfortable bed, fridge and basic appliances, such as hair drier, water heater and a small tv. Friendly staff. Right next to train station and motorway, so it is a bit loud. Elevators are very slow so ask for a lower floor. Also only two elevators working out of four. when busy, you can be waiting a while. Although a non-smoking hotel, it smells like cigarettes in the hallways and gets into the room. Surrounding area not that good. Also bring cash as the surrounding shops don’t tend to accept card payment. Overall ok for a stay on a budget, but don’t expect luxury. Was not impressed with breakfast at all, which is very overpriced for such a limited offering. I would have liked to have a bar in the hotel.

Old and dirty hotel. No air conditioning but a fan doing nothing… the first room was dirty as noone has cleaned it since days… they transfer us in a new room little better but smelling old. To try if you want to experience a ‘70 ddr staying…

We called the hotel 9 times (!!!) before arrival but no response. Receptionist was super overstrained. We booked buisness room BUT no mugs, only paper cups - multiple use impossible.... no cold water, only lukewarm (Hotel response: let it run for 4-5min.......) ok. The ventilation system in the bathroom didnt work, it was disgusting air and after 3 nights also smelly NOT OK. We told the hotel and they said they will take a look. When we came back they assured the job is done (written in the system) but NOTHING worked. Really crappy... ok for one night but not 3. Bar closed, skybar closed. Parking is 10 bugs/night and even after all these problems, they didnt even offered like cone day of free parkingc or when we asked for late checkout they could have offered for free. Tip: DONT expect too much.

The Lobby is nice and the reception area. But the rooms are dirty and outdated. The tables in my room had water stains all over them, the tub had rust everywhere and the furniture was worn and faded. The lobby looks so modern but the rooms need to be remodeled. On top of being outdated the room was literally dirty. I would never stay here again.

This is a terrible hotel, I will definitely not stay here again and communicate to anyone I can to not stay here. If you're there on business, you can find anything better. Far too expensive for what it is. I booked it because the pictures looked great, but it's not accurate. It's not in a decent location, it's very run down (I understand they are working on updates, but not fast enough) and everything feels very dated and unclean. I'm okay with dated, but when we start talking about not feeling comfortable getting into a bed, no way. Stains on the floors, bugs flowing in from the outside, no actual great ventilation in a room that was 9 stories up other than a door. The bad reviews are in higher number than the good review for a reason.

This place is a dump by my standards and I travel a lot and often stay in small little places, but, I would never go back, old, dirty, fridge did not work, lamp did not work, seriously run down area, broken beer bottles on steps! Had to walk under overpasses to get to the only (bad) restaurant we could find. Hot, no a/c. Dont do this.

Old looking hotel, but very clean, perfect for an overnight stay

The bar of the hotel was closed because the bartender was on holiday. We had booked 3 rooms 1 with separate beds, 1 standard room and 1 with baby bed. They didn't received our wishes. The people with baby bed received the smallest and most dirty room. We were very happy that it was for only 1 night!

The hotel provides basic amenities for a reasonable price. The hotel suffers from a lack of investment but is OK for the price. The adjacent railway is very noisy at night as is the noise from the cars passing over the bridge joins on the main road. A lack of air conditioning is a major drawback when it's even mildly warm. The double glazing is let down by poor seals on the balcony door & window.
The staff are excellent and willing to help where they can.
Please note that only breakfast is served here, so food has to be sought elsewhere.
