The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is dated, but clean, has breakfast and it’s in a good location. Stayed for one night.

Air Conditioner kept room cool but very humid. The clothes we hung up were damp when we put them on.

Room so humid and a/c so bad that there was no way to sleep. There was a lizard in the room all night - YES a lizard. Tried calling the front desk and they wouldn’t answer. It was late at night and after a long drive so tried to stick it out. Hopped in the shower in the morning & there was hair in the shower (not mine). Checked out on the first morning after check in & they refused to refund the stay. Reached out to Expedia to get some help with the refund and hotel wouldn’t respond to them either.

The staff was extremely accommodating, and friendly. The only issue we had was that the pool was still locked at 9:30 in the morning.

The can’t speak highly enough about this Best Western. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. The employees were all very nice.

Convenient for immediate needs but room needs some updating from rusty/mold vanity frame, rusty/moldy light fixtures, stained linens and old caulking.

It was clean, staff friendly,it had rained really hard so that’s why I gave a 4 on property the front door had blown open and lobby was wet ,trip hazard kinda

We got in late and dropped our bags and went to dinner. When we returned there was little tiny ants all over the desk nightstand and in my luggage. We were too tired to switch rooms or let them spray bug repelant, which they offered.

The front desk staff Mr. Patel was an epitome of good customer service. All the luggage carts were not available so he helped up take our suitcases to the third floor room even late at night when we checked in at 11pm. Hot breakfast although limited was adequate. Coffee pots all day long. Kudos. We will definately stay here again.

Very clean property but the entire building had a weird musty smell. Immediate impressions of our standard king room - again, very clean. The room is expremenly spacious and AC worked great. The room felt damp and smelled musty. The lights and other fixtures in the room had signs of rust. The bathroom was very clean and we had good water pressure and there was no odor with the water. The towels were small and very rough. I made a joke about using the washcloth as a loofah. The best was comfortable enough but i was surprised that it was a coil spring mattress.

The only pleasant or good notable was the gentleman in the breakfast area--he was very attentive and helpful. He was the only bright star there. The ice machines did not work and the young lady who checked us in was far from friendly. I will never stay at this property ever again.

Unfortunately if I it wasn’t so tired when I checked in, I would have checked out. The rooms are horrible. They need updating and then some. My bathroom tub had mold all around it, the tissue box was ripped of the wall, the sink counter was pulling away from the wall. I was also invaded by tiny ghost ants the second night. I will never stay in a nest western again any where in the United State.

The check in process was ok. But when we arrived at the room, the door was hanging crooked. There was a large gap where people could see into the room if they wanted to. The worst part was that the door would not lock properly, and I could open the door from the outside in just a second with my credit card. The deadbolt was useless, and I could still open the door from the outside. There were signs of a forced entry. Also, the elevator was broken. I informed the front desk staff, and we changed rooms. No issues after that.

There was urine around the bottom of the toilet when we arrived, and I had to ask housekeeping to clean it. Pipes groaned after toilet flush. Water collected in bathroom sink and was slow to drain. The property was generally ok for the price, but it had an old feel overall and the room and bathroom didn’t feel clean and fresh. This stay made me realize that you get what you pay for and I should’ve opted for one of the newer hotels in the area.
